    << Objectives >>We want to develop a digital education program for financial literacy, business planning, funding options, and online marketing for the cultural and creative sector and provide free access to all people who need this knowledge to be more resilient, boost their digital skills and capacities. We aim to provide digital tools and knowledge for one of the sectors that suffered more during the COVID crisis through an open-source digital platform that will be developed during the project.<< Implementation >>The planned activities in the project are: a Kick-off event in Varaždin where the project will be presented and workshops will be held where experiences in the creative sector will be exchanged between Spain and Croatia and a detailed program plan will be developed. This is followed by a phase in which an online learning platform will be developed with the modules described in the results, followed by a final conference in Madrid with the dissemination, evaluation and follow up activities.<< Results >>2 multi-events (1 Croatia and 1 Spain)Education program for the creative sector with 4 modules A platform for free online learning for the creative sector in Croatia and Spain - 1Increased number of people from the creative sector trained in entrepreneurial skills, especially in the field of financial literacy, funding sources and online marketing (160-200)Capacity building of partner org. in the field of online learningCapacity development of partners org. in international project

    << Objectives >>The implementation of ASC will be the first step for the definition of the sports associations needs. The definition of a first community of associations and the development of the training course will help the project to achive the goals of implement the competences of the coaches and develop the community for further new proposals.<< Implementation >>Needs Analysis: The aim of this activity is the definition of the problems to create concrete solutions.Training Course: The course activity will provide practical competences about fundamental topics.MOOC: The Massive Online Open Course will be the activity suitable to expand the project proposal to all the associations and coaches of different sports.WEB Platform: All the associations interested will have the possibility to stay informed with the activities and the future projects.<< Results >>The Expected results of the project are connected with the aims of the activities. ASC has the aim to start a collaboration of sports insiders to improve the possibilities of work and create common culture through future project of sports collaboration. The Training activity with the coaches will be the first step to improve the knowledge and the concept of sport as an important tool for our society.

    << Objectives >>With the advent of Covid-19, the cultural and creative sector has been put to the test. Many Europeans who worked in the cultural sector have lost their jobs and many others are no longer able to access it. In terms of skills, the pandemic has amplified current trends in the labor market by accelerating both needs and opportunities for change. It is increasingly necessary and urgent to increase the skills of adult people working in the cultural and creative sector to stimulate the opening.<< Implementation >>The main activities are developed in the field of Art and Culture (CCI) and include:. entrepreneurship development. personal branding knowledge. implementation of digital and innovative solutions. inclusion of people with few opportunities for an entrepreurship view. online EU Community of people working in CCI. promote European opportunities by strengthening the sense of belonging to the EU Community<< Results >>.increase of people with few opportunities who, following covid-19, decide to continue working in the field of CCIs by renewing themselves.increase of transversal skills of staff/teachers of project partners and young people.creation of a European online community active in the field of art and culture for sharing innovative solutions and connections for the development of new businesses.creation of a manual on entrepreneurship and personal branding.awareness of public bodies on thiese topic
