Ireland/ has been designed to support planned educational programs,create new strategies and approaches as a result of collaborative learning and exchange of experiences.Implementation of the project increased social capital, competencies and professional skills of the participating organizations’ staff which positively influenced their educational activities and therefore helped to foster the speed of changes in European societies. The project activities included: 4 Transnational Meetings of the staff, 3 Joint Staff Training events, 1 Multiplier event – dissemination conference in Cracow and intellectual outputs: GEPLE Electronic Platform with the collection of innovative tools and materials, research report upon educational activities run in Europe.Total number of participants: 302 /adult education staff, trainers, lecturers, learners, volunteers/. Innovation was the engagement of the American partner, who brought to the project huge input and its own, very specific learning/training approach. The American partner shared its experience, know-how and ICT devices that have been supporting successfully development of digital democracy and female political leadership education over last years. Coordinator of the project: Active Women Association from Poland. Large dissemination campaignes helped to spread the results and outcomes in Europe. Intelectual outputs - mainly Geple electroni educational platform and research report are sustainable and accesible to public under Creative Common licence 4.0.

Even though these techniques significantly contribute to gender inequality (not only in political decision-making), they are only marginally included in empowerment programmes/trainings for women and girls. Women’s educational organizations from partners´countries (Czech Republic, Poland and Norway) have been running education for years nevertheless all of them understood the need to absorb new impulses, include new innovative approaches and tools and keep high quality standard. Although all partner organizations and their staff provided professional high quality trainings they were aware of opportunities for improvement in order to promote gender equality in their respective countries more efficiently. That is why the project focused on new topic (Master-suppression techniques) and innovative method (Theatre of the Oppressed) in order to enhance the scope, quality and efficiency of existing educational and training activities and materials carried out by women´s educational organizations.Collaborative work of Czech, Polish and Norwegian partnership was designed to support planned educational programmes. It created new strategies and approaches as a result of collaborative learning and exchange of experiences. Implementation of the project increased competencies and professional skills of participating organizations' staff as well as provided them with new knowledge which positively influenced educational activities and therefore speed of positive changes in European societies in the field of gender equality. Project objectives were following: • To elaborate innovative training programmes and materials (including both content and tools) focused on master-suppression techniques shared on the European level • To develop new training approaches and teaching strategies toward gender empowerment training and leadership education • To promote women's political participation and active European citizenship • To enhance know-how and practice exchange among partners from European countries across various regions • To promote transnational partnership and to gain experience in international cooperation and to strengthen capacities of adult and youth education staff Project activities included: • 6 transnational project meetings of the staff • Research conducted in all partner countries in order to map existing approaches to master-suppression techniques and eventual educational materials • 7 intellectual outputs production - Training programme for women politicians - Training programme for girls - Role play for women politicians - Role play for girls - Videos illustrating master-supression techniques - Brochure about master-suppression techniques - Educational set including methodical support for educators • 1 multiplier event – dissemination of relevant intellectual outputs: brochure about master-suppression techniques and training materials focused on two target groups (women politicians and girls); this event took place in Prague and employed and at the same time introduced innovative method (Theatre of the Oppressed) • PR and active dissemination of all project results and outputsThe project was coordinated by Fórum 50 % from the Czech Republic. Targeted dissemination campaigns helped to spread the results and outcomes in partner countries as well as on EU level. Intellectual outputs are accessible to public and sustainable because they were incorporated in existing educational/training programmes as well as they were shared via networks of various relevant stakeholders (experts, youth educators, representatives of political parties, publicly active women and citizens, media etc.)
