Support European youth engagement by developing international mobility between associations through an international volunteer project developed jointly between members. This project will encourage strengthening of associations’ projects through youth engagement. 3. Develop a mapping of the Ficeméa members and a training about advocacy and improved knowledge about european an international environement. 3. Train youth actors on gender issues and in particular gender-equal writing. Committing to deconstructing and then reconstructing language also implies deconstructing ideas and representations to change reality. We would like to complete various materials: - a review of progressive education- a quality reference document and a joint project to welcome and send volunteers within the network - a guide to gender-equal writing and its use in other linguistic contexts -a report about a participant action research-a tool kit about advocacy and mapping of the international and european institutions-This project will have the following impacts: - Promote progressive education practices through implementation of an international review of progressive education by local, national, and international partners.- Introduce gender to youth worker practices in their projects with youth as part of an intercultural perspective. We will create a guide on gender-equal writing that takes into account a variety of linguistic contexts.- Foster volunteerism with European youth by developing mobility between member associations within the network.

They should be between 18 and 25 years old and coming from Marseille, Hamburg and Berlin. To accompany them will be 8 youth workers from our organisations. Twelve young people and 4 youth workers will participate in the mobility part of the project (8 people from UTC, 4 from Dock, 4 from Pangera) when 12 others youth and 4 youth workers will receive the newcomers.French-German pairs will be built among the youth workers, they will accompany the youth individually and collectively. The aims of the project are:>Accompany and coach the young people to become “relays” of mobility and reciprocity for their peers by promoting their own experiences>Increase every participant interpersonal, intercultural, linguistic skills and employability>Reinforce young people engagement on their territories as well as their European citizenship>Consolidate cooperation between partners>Improve professional skills and collective work of youth and mobility workers by observing and participating in the daily work of the partner>Give opportunities to everyone to be confronted to a new language and working culture>Initiate best practice exchanges which will be transferable to other European partnerships>Capitalize and share experiences of young people and practices of youth organizations in France and GermanyThe youth workers in mobility will, all along the way, accompany and support the young group in the process leading them to become “mobility relays”, each participant will help consolidate our partnerships with Dock Europe and Pangera. They will all develop professional, linguistic and intercultural skills, will be more fit to promote international mobility to their youth audience, will support young people and exchange best practices within the French-German pairings in each city. All participants will be trained together, this is part of the learning process based on exchanges and sharing, moreover, it allows everyone to benefit the knowledge and skills of the others. The “youth relays” of the group staying in their hometown will receive the newcomers and integrate them to the working group. Weekends of intercultural cohesion will take place in each cities or region participating.Eventually, the evaluation of young people and youth workers will be completed with the capitalisation of the outcomes which will be shared to our peers, helping therefore to enhance our own practices. Thanks to this project, young people profiles will be highlighted, it will be more likely for them to get involved in the social and cultural lives of their own territories and they will feel more self-confident. Youth workers will benefit new skills and a larger professional network.Cooperative relations between our structures will be consolidated, local partners will discover new opportunities and their local work will be valued to the European level.Indirectly, young people with fewer opportunities far from mobility devices and their close ones will be positively affected by the “youth relays” actions when local institutions will recognize the added value of European mobility and practical internships. After the project, the “youth relays” will keep on doing local actions, as an example they could set up events at the Maison IV. They will be more motivated and will dispose of resources to develop local projects. Moreover, local players would likely ask them to share their experience.Youth workers will daily reuse their knowledge and expertise, meanwhile, thanks to the project, the relations between local and international organisations will be significantly consolidated.Eventually, the project is to be transferred and adapted to other European countries and partnerships according to their needs.
