Four organizations from France, Romania, Italy and Spain participated in the project. At the same time, we were aware of the need that both individuals and institutions must begin to act in a sustainable manner. It is necessary to urgently acquire an “ecological” knowledge and behavior that allows us to develop without growing beyond our limits. Being aware of this, we considered essential to promote Environmental and Intercultural Education for Sustainable Development with the implementation of this project. In addition, the project has sought to put its small grain of sand to respond to the problem of the lack of opportunities for rural youth and to value the potential of the rural environment as an opportunity for young people who want to start an entrepreneurial activity. Therefore, the objectives of this project were:- To awaken entrepreneurial vocations among youth. - To train workers in the youth field to develop innovative strategies in promoting entrepreneurial culture. - To promote creativity, innovation and initiative capacity. - To promote the most active participation of youth. - To promote a new social model based on the principles of sustainability. - To facilitate the understanding of the connection of environmental, social, economic and intercultural processes. - To promote the creation of networks at a European level for the promotion of entrepreneurship. - To combat youth depopulation in rural areas. - To train workers in the youth field to analyze socio-environmental conflicts, in the debate of alternatives and in decision-making, individual and collective. - To favour the extension of “sustainable good practices” in different contexts and cultures. - To promote the implementation at local and European level of projects, programs and initiatives of Environmental and Intercultural Education for sustainability. - To disseminate the Erasmus Plus Program. The project launched 4 Information Points for the Promotion of Youth Entrepreneurship and Creativity in the place of origin of each of the partners. These 4 spaces have been physical and virtual spaces of reference for young people interested in sustainable entrepreneurship and spaces for the promotion of environmental education, the promotion of sustainable development and intercultural learning. In these spaces, an exhaustive promotion of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the UN has also been made.At the same time, with this project the following learning-training experiences have been carried out:- Two specific training actions in Spain (September 2018) and France (July 2019) to train workers in the field of youth in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship spirit, creativity, innovation, environmental and intercultural education, sustainability and sustainable growth.- Four training activities of “JOB SHADOWING”, one in each of the partner countries in this project (Romania, France, Italy and Spain). On the other hand, the project developed, designed, edited and published 2 Intellectual Products; Publication entitled ""TO BE AN ENTREPRENEUR FOR A SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT"" with experiences of sustainable entrepreneurs at European level and ""DYNAMICS FOR PROMOTING ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION, INTERCULTURAL LEARNING AND HUMAN RIGHTS EDUCATION AMONG YOUTH"". These materials have been available in the Information Points for the promotion of Youth Entrepreneurship and Creativity as a tool for the exchange of good practices and have been distributed and presented in different forums in which the partner entities in this project have participated at the level local highlighting the Erasmus Plus Program. We must also emphasize that in the implementation of the project we have used in several actions an innovative methodology called “Service-Learning”. This project has been conceived at all times as a method to unite learning (intercultural, environmental, entrepreneurs) and social commitment: learn to be competent while being useful to others. As significant data, a total of 44 people have participated in the training activities of this project and directly or indirectly in the project have participated around 2,000 young people, in addition to the volunteers, experts, technicians and managers of the partner entities that have been involved in the different phases of the project."

""RE-GENERATION +. Urban, artistic and cultural regeneration in Covid times."" It also aims to give the possibility to groups of young people already active at the local level, to experience practices different from those that are activated in their own country, through participation in training courses at the local level and in an international activity in the wich they can learn from their peers and start common planning. The project provides two meetings between the partners (an initial meeting and a final evaluation meeting, which will be held in Spain and Portugal respectively), a training course for young entrepreneurs linked to regenerated structures for cultural and artistic purposes, in which 12 young entrepreneurs (or future entrepeneurs), 5 youth workers, 4 national coordinators, a series of 4 educational mobilities of representatives of youth associations from the 4 partner countries, local activities with young people to ensure the multiplier effect and online dissemination and visibility activities. And artistic and cultural local actions designed in cooperation by young people from different countries. The project involves youth workers and youth entrepreneurs from the four participating countries (Italy, France, Spain and Portugal) with the aim of knowing the realities of the partner countries and initiating a process of integration between youth policies within the framework of Erasmus +, creating a network with groups of young people active locally in urban regeneration for artistic and cultural purposes. Thanks to the encounter between different actors and the training periods, the project aims to increase the volume of mobility, the level of active participation of young people, the revitalization of communities through the reuse of abandoned spaces and the dynamization and increase of local activities related to art and culture, thanks to European cooperation. The project will have a total duration of 18 months and will use non-formal education methods. The project will produce a website with an interactive map of public spaces for young people from the 4 countries and a manual of good practices."

The goal of creating networks of organizations with little or no international experience has been achieved thanks to the mobility of youth workers and the exchange of experiences and best practices. These mobilities enabled participants to acquire skills and contacts that were then transferred to groups of young people within organizations at local level. A virtuous mechanism was thus activated and ended with the creation of the blended mobilities with a final meeting during which various project proposals for the future were synthesized and elaborated. The other activities carried out, as envisaged by the programme, were a kick-off meeting held in Italy among the coordinators of the 4 countries, a first training meeting with representatives of satellite organizations in order to clarify the objectives of the project and to implement the mobility of youth workers, as well as dissemination and multiplication activities with young people further. All activities were carried out coherently with the initial project and the interest aroused by the topic exceeded the initial expectations. The results achieved concern the products produced during the project (a report and a map) as well as a series of initiatives generated by the process activated with the project. Many of the young people involved in the project participated for the first time, in the summer of 2018, in youth exchanges, some started for short or long-term European voluntary service projects, many gained significant experience to the point of leading them to become group leader. The most important result is represented by a network of personal and professional relationships that has generated - and we are sure that it will continue to do so in the coming months. Many professional collaborations were born and, as an example, a Spanish participant made an Erasmus Young Entrepreneurs project in Italy, or a former Link volunteer got a job offer after the end of his volunteer project. We could do many other examples, but in general we can say with certainty that the project has achieved the expected results. The impact at the local level is equally significant: many of the structures started on work on projects for young people, others have strengthened collaboration with the coordination organizations (here too, as an example, Entrez-là periodically organizes activities aimed at young people in collaboration with Intercultura). The project made it possible to relaunch active participation in many contexts and stimulated interest in the European dimension, allowing young people to broaden their horizons and approach for the first time on the themes of diversity and intercultural learning, with an impact that it is already visible in the short term but that, it is easy to foresee, will have a long and lasting wave over time.

I had the chance to learn a lot about myself thanks to the interaction, discussions and activities realized with the youth during the workshops. An unforgettable experience, I will continue doing it.” (Trainer)“We are not all the same, but that does not matter. Enough that we respect each other and that everybody tries to understand why somebody things differently.”( Boy, 16 years)“Today I understood that not everybody in the class room thinks that I am a bad person, just because I am a Muslim.” (Girl, 15 years)Talking about migrants and role-play them allowed us to better understand their situation. I was surprised to learn that no European country was in the top 5 of countries hosting migrants. We’re told about migrants as if their arrival was a catastroiphe, but it is much worse in other places. This activity made us think about the preconceptions we have about migrants and all other people. Why would taking the train with a former inmate be dangerous? We consider the worse very quickly, but maybe it had nothing to do with the reason they went to jail. (pupil)Involved partners: Estyes Estonia, Link Italy, JAVVA Belgium, IBG Germany and Grenzenlos as coordinator in AustriaTrained trainers: 34 within the included training, additional facilitators trained in national events136 local workshops held in Austria, Italy, Estonia, Belgium, Germany for overall 2142 pupils in 2 universities, 5 primary schools, 88 secondary schools and 41 social institutions. The strategic partnership was ment to foster quality improvements of youth work and to create a work space for LINK, JAVVA, IBG, EstYes and Grenzenlos to work on linking non formal working methods within a school setting.
