"Since special education students do not have enough social interaction with their peers or adults because of their disabilities, their social skills are not as developed as their other peers. For this reason, students' social skills should be supported by schools. Social skills; is the ability of people to be successful in their social relations. Its content is very wide and begins to take shape in childhood. Understanding the individual's self and others, empathizing, meeting, starting to talk, solving the problem, avoiding conflict, cooperating, respecting the rights of others are important social skills. Social skills training can be given in schools or children can learn this by observing adult behavior in a social environment. Research has shown that there is an increase in social skills through creative drama, music, dance, handicraft and art.The coordinator school and Sıtkı Zaralı primary school conducted 3 eTwinning projects related to special education students together. In these 3 projects with special education students; drama, game, painting, creative drama etc. techniques were used. During the use of these techniques, it was observed that the students communicated with others that they had never been in contact before, and they started to express themselves better and their self-confidence increased. It is the inspiration and driving force to prepare this project. The project is based on the use of different methods to improve the social skills of special education students and the exchange of these methods between schools / countries. Each partner school will give social skills training to special education students in their chosen way during 24 months and share knowledge, practice and methods with other partner schools. In the transnational meetings, the host country will demonstrate the practical method that will be applied to the project teams in the form of workshops. In transnational meetings, the project teams coming to the special education students of the host country will carry out workshops with their own methods. As a result, students will have the chance to work in 5 different workshops and with different teachers from Europe. Halit Narin music, art and dance therapy and Sıtkı Zaralı creative drama from Turkey; Agrupamento de Escolas do Cerco ceramics and creative drama from Portugal; Narva Pähklimäe Gümnaasium music and art from Estonia; Panevezio ""Vyturio"" progimnazija forum theater from Lithuania; School of Art of Peristeri from Greece will work on art therapy.Teacher observation form will be created to evaluate the social skills of students and will be filled out by their teachers at the beginning and end of the project. Thus, as a result of the studies will be evaluated objectively about which skills are increased or not increased.During the project, 5 transnational mobilities will be organized and 10 participant teacher will be attended except the host institution. These teachers were selected by considering how they will work in the project. Participating teachers are innovative and collaborative teachers who speak English and have experience in working with special education students. At the end of the project, it is expected that the social skills of special education students will increase, and that they will be more actively involved in school life and social life. This project will provide to create a peaceful and collaborative school environment and to be inclusive of all students because of the change in the point of view of special education students and their needs due to the special education students working with other volunteer peers. Attending workshops with teachers from European Countries will enable students to meet and interact with other cultures.Participating teachers will observe and experience different techniques in the framework of EU cooperation, which will broaden their horizons and perspectives; professional repertoires will be enriched.Parents will be able to participate more actively in social life due to their children who have increased their social skills, and will get rid of feelings of exclusion and loneliness. Through the dissemination activities of the project, it will help to break prejudices by raising awareness about special education in wide population.Increasing the quality of education provided by schools through the sharing of project results will make schools the preferred schools by parents and students. It will encourage schools to increase and diversify their activities for special education students. It will enable to develop their strategies more inclusive with including needs of special education needs. The sharing of project activities and results on their web pages, twitter, eTwinning, facebook and project web site will make schools a good model in their region and on a national scale. "This project was established with school partnerships ofTurkey, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Macedoniaand Greece. According to the report on exposure to bulimia prepared by the World HealthOrganization, these countries are at the top of their list. First Ranked is Lithuania and third is Turkey.Other countries also appear to be at the top of the bully in various age groups (Currie et al., 2008,WHO). The most obvious causes of peer violence and violence are school problems and failures, absenteeism and school leaving, escape from home or school, witnessing violence at home, violenceat home, fragmented families, low socioeconomic status of parents, parental indifference, low selfesteemand insecurity . In addition, it has been proven by studies that lead to the traditional bully inthe Siber bullying (Erdur-Barker-Kavşut 2007; Li).Schools with common problems have established partnerships to solve problems related to violence,to share effective practices with others on the spot, and to solve the problem of violence together. The fact that the staff at the partner schools were not sufficient and effective in solving this problemwas effective in the preparation of this project. The inability of the staff to efficiently implementstrategies to cope with the problems is also the reason for the preparation of the project. In addition, the staff has given life to the project with the willingness and willingness to increase the knowledgeand experience to solve this problem. With this project, the professional qualities of the teachers inthese schools will be increased, the problem of peer bullying and violence will be solved and theproblem of early schooling will be removed.
