The board game and posters took shape in Toulouse at the end of a remote work.Beyond the 3 deliverables expected and achieved, we have organized a strong communication time on the occasion of the International Women’s Rights Day on March 8th,2022. Indeed, to accompany the inauguration of our exhibition around the posters, we handed out a lot of goodies in the colors of the project to the 70 female students of the Lycée Urbain Vitry, making them real ambassadors within the institution but also outside !This project enabled the school to develop a high-quality transdisciplinary collaboration and created cohesion within the feminine community. In addition, the reception of our external partners shows that our kit is part of a fundamental process of evolution of mentalities within our society and responds to an already strong demand, especially from the French Building Federation.

Daugavpils Construction Technical School together with partners are planning to implement theoretical and practical training combining welding, soldering, engineering communications and metal constructions, whereby the project participants will develop a training stand using an innovative approach in the field of vocational education - two qualifications (""Engineering Communications Assembler"" (Plumber ) and ""Gas welding"" (OAW). Project participants, especially learners, will be able to try in themselves different ways in welding: welding with mechanized equipment in the active gas environment (MAG), arc welding (MMA) and welding, combining their activities with engineering communications technicians. A training stand will be created. Within the framework of the project, materials will be acquired for training stand and practical training The project's direct target group is 15 students from three countries (5 from Latvia, 5 from France and 5 from Austria), 4 vocational education teachers from three countries (2 teachers from Latvia, 1 teacher from France and 1 teacher from Austria).
