Often a support of the same and in response to growing unemployment, numerous are those committed to making artifacts at home. The context analysis document shows a significant market increased by the use of technologies, often undeclared work not tangibly monitored by statistics.Estimates and analyzes are present in the project documents: Career Pathways. There has been little reporting of the role and tax sector. Lack of a training model useful for women who started or undertook the development towards a real micro business. Therefore, it was important to find useful training models for this new emerging sector to provide future builders with career guidance and mentoring frameworks to help them focus their goals on a sustainable horizon. The “Florà: handmade with an accent on Europe” project was conducted KA2 Strategic Partnership Archives: exchange of good practices. He sought to provide common ground for the exchange of experiences and knowledge between the different types of participation involved and to develop a network for transnational cooperation. The project is focused on the education mainly necessary for the woman who wishes to increase her micro-business. He addressed one of the eight specific key competences in the European Council Recommendation n. 2006/962 / CE, the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship. The Florà project encouraged women to become entrepreneurs by facilitating the control of a micro business, related to the European policies of the 2020 entrepreneurship action plan. The partnership included five members: A network of women entrepreneurs (Czech Republic) and adult training (Italy, Spain, Poland and Bulgaria), who cooperated together to effectively fulfill all the tasks of the project. The main objective of the project was to analyze the actual knowledge and skills of adults in the field of self-entrepreneurship, to learn from the experience and good practices of the partner countries and to design training models suited to the needs of the Producers sector. The career guide, and operational tools, is useful for future European hadmakers to support other women. In order to achieve all the planned objectives, the partners undertook several stages. An analysis of the context and the drafting of a main course. Calibrated training on the participants. A guide now available in five languages. It can be easily downloaded in PDF format from the project website www.handmade-flora.com. The paper includes the following chapters: introduction to the concept of self-entrepreneurship in the sector; skills needed to become handmakers; tools; ICT and E commerce, social media marketing; management; financial discipline; canvas for mentoring. In addition, the guide includes success stories and conclusions. The project brought added value to the EU ecosystem and had an impact on the participants, participants, target groups and relevant stakeholders, by completing the following detailed objectives:(1) creation of a transnational project consortium and development of a network for transnational cooperation which facilitates the exchange of experiences and knowledge between the different types of participation involved in adult education and entrepreneurship (not only partner instructions , but also the network of institutions);(2) facilitate the exchange of good practices in the field of design and implementation of the business model;(3) helping target groups to increase their sense of initiative and entrepreneurship and increase professional development opportunities by promoting the transition to micro-enterprise and knowledge and implementation skills. The main output, the guide, can be used by other women who involve this job or who transforms it into a micro enterprise. In addition, the path of the carrier can be a useful material for policy-makers in reconsidering the role of women in the family economy and improving some tax and facilitation aspects towards this type of self-entrepreneurship. Therefore, it seems crucial to consider inverse statistics with a view to promoting equal opportunities. Reconsidering the mentoring model as one of the initial stages to support the training and training of women often in contexts of poverty or with economic difficulties. The project, in fact, continued thanks to the implementation developed by Creativi108 in Albania. Korce women are currently continuing the implementation of the mentoring and sharing economy model with temporary shop.
