"<< Background >>FPPP and its partners feel the need to carry out the project because we feel socially responsible for climate change on our continent and for enabling future generations to have access to high quality vocational education focused on developing workforce competences in the sector of low-carbon industry, green economy and energy transition. The European Green Deal poses a lot of new challenges for vocational education teachers and entrepreneurs and the wider business environment. We define these needs and intend to address them, among others:- modernization of the vocational education system in the energy sector,- Increasing the awareness of young people about the European Green Deal. Increasing the attractiveness of their services on the market - indirectly,- increase the competence of the teaching staff in the field of energy knowledge,- to provide the market (employers) with a selection of collaborators among the countries where the project is implemented<< Objectives >>The applicant, together with its partners, wants to achieve the following goals:1. to extend energy competences of vocational education teachers2. to participate in the formation of a new labour market in the energy sector oriented towards ""green"" competences, which is an inherent consequence of the implementation of the European Green Deal3. increase experience in working with teachers and the business community 4. contribute to the education of specialist staff5. create a comprehensive, freely available educational tool - innovation in vocational education6. to establish non-project collaboration with selected vocational training institutions7. to carry out an international project on vocational education, labour market relevance, and more effective learning8. to create highly developed digital tools for vocational education9. to respond to the market needs - through our activities we contribute to the increase of attractiveness of workers from Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia 10. to gain experience how vocational education in the field of energy looks like in other V4 countries11. to create the platform for the exchange of good practices for teachers and business environment and entrepreneurs<< Implementation >>We will implement the following activities:Knowledge baseGuidebook for teachers of vocational education - Teacher 4.0 Responsibility for the development of the result of the intellectual work will rest with the applicant organization and its subject matter experts. Since its development involves the adaptation of an already used method, the work will be carried out in close cooperation with experts from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Supervision over the work and its timeliness will be provided by the project manager. The team of experts will be required to submit monthly reports to monitor the progress of work and the emergence of any obstacles and problems. The developed products will be subject to detailed evaluation. An additional element of validation will be the implementation of workshops for teachers of vocational education, aimed at equipping participants with the skills to use the knowledge base and the handbook. On the basis of the evaluation and the workshops, during which experiences and good practices will be shared, conclusions will be drawn for the final products. The Leader's team will be most strongly involved in substantive work on O1. FPPP has an appropriate potential and in order to strengthen substantive actions and ensure high quality of developed results, it will build knowledge (FPPP has its own knowledge base maintained on the platform). Partners from Czech Republic and Slovakia will also be involved in content-related activities, consultations. At the same time partners decided that the safest for the partnership and for the quality of developed intellectual work results will be to entrust the responsibility and management of activities in all O1- O3 to the Leader. Hence the budget division related to the involvement in the developed results, responsibility and the necessity of involving various specialists and different number of working days of the project partners. Prepared budget division is an agreement between partners and results from the potential of partner organisations' activities. The division of the budget corresponds to the tasks assigned to the individual project partners and due to the responsibility of the project Leader in the budget needs experts, technicians to carry out the tasks. Technicians appear only on the side of the Leader as responsible for the preparation of the final versions of the results and technical binding. Assumed values of work in the budget are realistic, necessary to carry out the whole result and correspond to the experience of partners.Teachers of vocational education work with students, but they need newer and more innovative tools to help them improve students' ecological attitudes. The innovation of the solution lies in planning development activities in such a way that the participants work out solutions in an engaging and enjoyable way, which would not be possible in a traditional, lecture-based work environment. Integration of content concerning green issues into vocational education. Recipients of the solutions will be not only teachers of vocational education, but also educators, trainers, people from small organizations that deal with the development of young people's competencies in their own structures or local environment and teachers of other secondary schools.<< Results >>Results: Preparation of a manual and handbook for vocational education teachers. The handbook and manual will be developed with the assumption of maximum usefulness and comprehensiveness (they will contain detailed instructions for use of all elements of the method and tools in everyday work in vocational education). Users will be able to use the ideas contained in it, adapting them to the capabilities of their students. The instructions, questions and inspirations included in the guide will be constructed in such a way as to support various forms of activities. The guide will contain educational content, sample scenarios or ideas to be used when working with vocational students. Instructions for vocational teachers will also be developed. The guidebook, instructions and materials will indicate the necessary skills and knowledge of vocational education teachers in the field of green solutions. At the same time, the guide will support the process of self-improvement, which will be directed at achieving specific, measurable learning outcomes in the form of knowledge, skills, and social competencies that enable the performance of specific professional tasks. The knowledge base is a collection of various materials that will allow to comprehensively increase the knowledge of vocational education teachers in the topics of green, green transition, closed loop economy, hydrogen, biodiversity, renewable energy sources. The knowledge base will allow in one place to gather a variety of factual materials, articles, good practices, etc. allowing to dive into the areas. The knowledge base will consist of materials developed within the project for vocational education, but it will also contain a collection of materials from the ""secondary market"", i.e. it will link available materials existing on the market in one place. The knowledge base will be divided into materials of general character, materials concerning particular thematic areas and materials with solving green issues in particular branches of vocational education. Another result will be the development of lesson plans and multimedia tools for the target group. Teams will prepare scenarios for teachers of vocational education with multimedia support (educational materials) in environmental topics. Team of experts will be selected - teachers, vocational and educational advisors in each Partnership country - Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Their work will result in the development of modern scenarios and multimedia educational materials (educational games and interdisciplinary educational projects) for students on the environment. The forms selected for the project are educational games and educational projects (for working with the project method for teachers with students) - on the basis of IBE and CEO research (2015), selected as one of the most effective teaching methods. At the same time, the proposed tools, ie an advisory platform along with educational open resources, will be able to strengthen adults with fewer opportunities and lower skills. Also the tool will benefit adults from large cities in each of the three countries and other places in the world, but it will be the intermediate result of the project. Each of the partners operates in the area of non-formal education of adults, therefore, has appropriate experience in order to achieve the intended results and project indicators. The novelty of the project will focus primarily on online solutions, the space that connects users, i.e. adults with advisors, educators. The tool will be able to be used in many non-formal adult education processes and will support the learning process as well as enrich the range of opportunities and tools of educators' work. The result of the project will be an innovative consulting platform in the final version. A platform connecting users of consultancy services with advisors together with full organisational functionality (calendar, advisors' database, online contact tools (videoconferences, chat), and original materials that will help improve their competences.
