The ""White Paper"" clearly outlines the need for improving the work conditions and well-being of youth workers and their lack of representation in front of the relevant European institutions and policy makers. This project enabled us to make an assessment and map the EU (Brussels) landscape related to youth workers, their well-being and the different status of youth workers in different countries. The project produced three intelectual outputs. The first intellectual output concluded that the European institutions need to adjust to the changes in the eco-system of youth workers and they need to set up new systems in place that would be suitable for the changing landscape of young people and youth workers. One of the most important conclusions of the second intellectual output was that ""Youth Work"" (from legislative and policy perspective) will be fully recognized if countries develop and adopt: 1. Law on Youth Work2. Portfolio of youth workers 3. Quality standards for Youth Work 4. Ethical codex for Youth Work 5. National strategy for youth work The third intelectual output focused on the well-being of youth workers and the job insecurity for the most of the youth workers was expressed as a challenge. It was stressed that youth workers often work overtime because they perform several roles within the organization and youth workers often are stressed, feel no appreciation of themselves and their work, exhaustion, disappointment, apathy, feeling of „no way out“, lack of energy, forgetfulness, constant fatigue, don't want to go to job, procrastination or feeling overloaded. These were serious findings the IO3 concludes that there is a need for a free supervision and free access to psychological support that could build a more productive and healthier surrounding for the youth workers and all young people. These information (reports) will serve as basis for a larger follow up project (KA2) discussed with the German National Agency for opening an office in Brussels for representation of the youth workers and youth grass-root organizations in front of the relevant institutions."

(Germany), CENTRO SOCIAL E PAROQUIAL SANTOS MARTIRES (Portugal), Fundatia Crestina Diakonia Filiala Sfantu Gheorghe (Romania), Association for sustainable development and environmental protection GO GREEN Skopje (Macedonia) - that will allow them to collect a set of tools and approaches able to provide to the disabled users of their inclusive services the skills (self-awareness, entrepreneurship, ICT, communication and know how in specific handcraft or services area) needed to enter and participate to the opportunities offered by the field of collaborative economy. It raises from three main facts that addressed this consortium members to collect their strengths in order to offer concrete opportunities: the consortium users' with disability expressed in various occasions the need to feel productive in society, to get a job and to be able to satisfy their material needs autonomously; the evidence of the vast outstanding potential of the collaborative economy and the current important role of fair platforms even at EU level; the barriers to collaborative economy for people with disability represented by its mainly ICT based system and by the lack of a dedicated educational path able to direct the people with disability's entrepreneurship toward adequate channels.CEB wants to lay down the barriers to: Collaborative consumption (Gaining access to goods or services through bartering, renting, lending, trading, leasing, exchanging, reselling and swapping – through the organization of events or the enrollment in existing platforms), Collaborative production (Groups or networks of individuals collaborate to design, produce or distribute goods – through the local and transnational activities in the partner organizations), Collaborative learning (learning experiences that are open to anyone and where people share resources and knowledge to learn together - like the virtual mobilities and the sharing of learned competences and art workshop after each blended mobility with the whole group of the project participants), Collaborative finance (discovering crowd funding opportunities, for example). It will be realized through an international path of exchange of good practices, made of:- a joint training event for 3 educators/occupational therapists/social workers per partner organization - 5 learning mobilities for 4 learners (adult people with disability and/or with social obstacles) and 2 accompanying persons aiming at acquiring relevant skills about handcrafting, green services and ICT - common local workshops addressing 15 adult people with disability and/or with social obstacles on the principles of collaborative economy, self-awareness, enrollment in on-line platforms, communication and safetyThe implementation of the project will be based on a collaborative approach among the partners so each of them will be responsible of specific actions in order to reach the foreseen results for each project activity. The learning process of the adult learners will be mediated by the learning by doing method, the use of easy language, but also the right alternation among learning activities and breaks, a supportive approach and a tutoring system will ensure the efficacy of the learning process and the actual application of the learning outcomes. Thanks to this educational path, the adult learners of the partner organizations will develop the necessary skills (self-awareness, ICT skills, simple green job skills, communication skills, handcraft and decor skills) to successfully participate and take advantages of collaborative economy networks, extending the fields of social inclusion for people with disability and offering them the opportunity to access the productive system of economy and to gain a transnational view of their possibilities. the involved staff will gain a know-how to be employed in the maintenance of the activities activated by the project. The project consortium, made of organization from different European and countries and beyond, togheter with the wide dissemination strategy of the project method (translated in 3 validated and generalizable products: a publication about the opportunities of collaborative economy in the partners' Countries, guidelines for professionals and a report about how to support people with disability in accessing the collaborative economy opportunities) will create the European scope of the project that could generate the level of attention which motivates all these initiatives to open up for a cultural-sensible dialogue and for various disadvantaged target groups to train themselves to participate in these new forms of economy, to discuss and to define their challenges, achievements and potential usefulness.

We have developed a website (www.trainerslibrary.org) with 350 articles written on more than 1500 pages of intellectual output where we use the most relevant literature, past experiences, relevant sources of information and other resources that are based on the non-formal education principles - full of reflections, exercises and other methods. The Trainers library is a multimedia platform, with its social media Facebook page and YouTube channel which should improve the dissemination and multiplication of the knowledge not only in Europe, but across the world. The results so far have been much more than we have initially imagined. The quality of the library is rated on the highest possible level from the people who use it - trainers and youth workers. Our donors, supporters and associate partners have evaluated the library as exceptional and inspiring recourse. More than 300 people took part in the dissemination and multiplication activities, we were testing the articles with selected group of young trainers which show even more promising results. The analytics of the 2 months usage of the library are also very inspiring. More than 2000 users of the library in these two months, with more than 5000 pages viewed and average length of 7 minutes per user, shows us more promising results that we have expected. Even with very small dissemination budget and limited activities, we have managed to have big visibility, which only shows that the content is really quality. We are expecting the engagement to increase after the presentations of the library on the most relevant conferences - Bridges for Trainers - 14-17 November, The 3rd Youth Work Convention - 7-10th of December, Check Point 2020 etc where we continued disseminating the library to the most relevant groups of users. Seeing the potential, we have upgraded the initial plans for the library. It is not the end of this project, but it is just day 1 of it. We expect the library will continue to grow with further contributions from the international community of trainers. We envision that every six months, additional articles are going to be added to the library, filling all the gaps that exist, adding to the variety of tools and approaches, extending the reach of our variety of self-directed learning resources. We want to encourage the innovation and diverse resources from the whole community to continue to grow.We also want to translate the library into many languages. This library would make a big impact on the youth workers and trainers who live in rural areas, who don’t speak English so well or at all, who are not so aware of the international trends and developments in youth work in other parts of the world. We are already in communication with several ministries, language institutes and NAs to figure out how to translate the Library on national level with their support. We know that it is not easy to read 1500 pages of information that require careful contemplation, reflections, try-outs, debates and discussions. Therefore, we have envisioned different forms of media that will further disseminate the learning. We plan to create hundreds of podcast materials that can be downloaded on each smartphone and taken along literally everywhere, as well as educational videos that will be available online on the Trainers’ Library YouTube channel. We expect the development of a community of trainers and youth workers. As we were thinking long terms when we were designing the project and website, the Library provides the opportunity for the creation of forums of debates, editorial policies, questions and answers, and different kinds of support groups. The library has the potential to develop a community of learners who will continue to innovate, develop and spread the knowledge even further and within. Finally, we will be continuously testing the Trainers’ library for its usefulness, impact and learning outcomes. This will allow us to steer its development, learn from the mistakes and continuously improve while keeping the information relevant and up to date.
