On the one hand they should understand that cultural diversity is a gift, which enriches us, and on the other hand they should look for similarities in culture, in art, that connect us, and that enable us to promote acceptance and the inclusivity of various groups (persons with disabilities, minorities, religions) respectively. In the first year students gather information, become acquainted with the diversity of cultures, and in the second year they are engaged in the challenges they had to face when analyzing inclusivity in and through art. It is important for us that students should learn to use an independent access to cultural institutions (exhibition halls, museums, and so on) in their environment and when traveling to other countries. We have noticed that our students take little to no interest in places of culture and they do not wish to visit them of their own accord. One of the aims of our project is to create new ways of access for young people to cultural facilities, and that they should learn to get excited about these facilities. A further aim is that students should discover what cultures have in common, and that they should discover for themselves art as medium for promoting inclusivity. The five schools participating in this project are from Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Lithuania and Turkey totaling 125 students and approximately 20 teachers. We all have many socially disadvantaged students form educationally challenged families, and we wish to make the diverse European culture accessible for them, so that they should take an interest as European citizens both in their own culture, and in cultures and countries previously unknown to them. This way they should feel even more that they belong to the European community and should learn to value it more. In the long run an important aim is to motivate young people to feel responsible for the future of whole Europe and to participate in the processes of solving challenges that we face together. On account of this we will involve them in activities that, in addition to making them acquainted with the various cultures, create an awareness for the reasons and effects of exclusion and prejudices, motivate them to fight these prejudices, promote mutual acceptance and inclusivity, and assume responsibility in the process. We are planning the following activities: visits, workshops, traditional day, thematic activities (about inclusivity, culture, art). Students’ social, language and ITC-skills are also promoted in the process. They will practice teamwork, discuss the topic in German and compile materials using ITC.One key aspect of the project is the creation of an interactive suitcase in the form of an eBook (OER). This ensures the project’s long-term benefit. On the one hand background information will be gathered regarding the cultural facilities of each place, the exhibition or museum will be visited, and then a digital presentation form like an advertising film, a video clip or a strip cartoon will be opted for. At the end the digital product will be made available online in the common interactive suitcase. On the other hand students will also discuss the topic of inclusivity and will search for possible forms of inclusivity with the help of art. These materials (advertising, graphic art, photo collage, poster), too, will be published in the eBook, so that later on all interested parties can have access to them.

InnFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2020-1-DE03-KA229-077126Funder Contribution: 196,440 EUR"Selective recycling is still a challenge for a society that has not understood well enough that the environment needs recycling so that we, the people, can live in good, clean environmental conditions. People still do not know how to select this garbage because it has not come into the consciousness of all this idea and the termination of the earth's resources has not become consciousness in fact but treats this aspect as something extremely distant. Therefore, we believe that everything must start from the school, in a correct and coherent form through the direct and active involvement of the students who will not only stand to look at these aspects but will be requested through direct activities. Recycling involves work, involvement but also inventiveness because the project aims not only to select these materials but also to make or remake some of the recyclable materials, ready to be reused in the school field and beyond. Thus, plastic materials, cloths, glass, wood, and paper will be recycled. Why is it so necessary to take this step towards society? We all know that garbage degrades soil in areas where it is stored, has serious effects on the aquatic environment and the gases produced by their incineration are very toxic. Therefore, the effects are disastrous, generating mass pollution. However, there is always an alternative, you just have to find the most efficient solution to ""get rid"" of these worn or outdated, unusable materials. Most of us are indifferent or very little interested in this phenomenon of collection, proper storage and efficient recycling of waste. So, we want to bring to students' awareness of the idea of recycling by selecting and collecting the objects with the help of some:OBJECTIVES:- We want the pupils to get involved in a larger number in the process of recycling at all the partner schools.- Due to another Erasmus project that Romania school have in progress (reading and creating QRs) we want to recycle various objects and then create on each category of recyclable QR products to inform the recycling possibilities, the way and the solutions of reassessment of products- We want our students to discover educational value through recycling, awareness, and involvement in equal measure.ACTIVITIES:1. teachers selection involved in the project, quality assurance, budget control, and time management, risk management, procurement, financial reports, archiving, reporting for the National Agency and the European Commission2. preparation (tasks related to tasks and content)3. dissemination activities (within the institutions that may involve the involvement in the design, in other institutions, of public information and media coverage, publications, and scientific events, graphic materials;4. a training event for the development METHODOLOGIES:1. creation of a communication network, informative activities, selection and preparation of participants, specific rules and financial regulations.2. conducting a start-up meeting and practical arrangements for training events3. a short-term training event4. the dissemination phase with activities defined previously in a dissemination plan5. finalizing the project by establishing the specific tasks for each partner in the sustainability period, strengthening the partnership and inviting new partners, planning additional activitiesRESULTS:The main results of the project are:1. at an institutional/organizational level: development of innovative strategies for collection, selection, and recycling in educational programs based on the content of events and the experience and expertise gained within the project;2. activities with beneficiaries: implementation of the strategy developed through this project of environmental protection in at least 20 schools in all participating countries, attended by at least 2000 students, 200 teachers, and 300 parents and family members;3. at the interinstitutional level: partnerships with similar institutions and schools to use recyclable materials and is in the field of social sciences and humanities in QRs.IMPACT:1. impact on the participants: improved competences regarding the implementation of digital didactics through QR in social and humanistic subjects; a better understanding of the cognitive and behavioral model of digital natives, the ability to adapt programs to the needs of students' cognitive development2. impact on the participating organizations: innovative approaches to approach the target groups by offering: a more attractive approach in teaching, in accordance with the needs and expectations of the students, using ICT-based strategies and methodology;POTENTIAL LONG-TERM BENEFITS:1. the new innovative approach to teaching and learning social and humanistic topics2. implementation of the booklet as a teaching tool3. new projects to improve the results of this proposal."

Jana Twardowskiego w ChylicachFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2014-1-HU01-KA201-002265Funder Contribution: 300,000 EUR"Journey through Europe with Suitcase of Culture Gist (of the project : The notion is to procure the students to a volunteer act of visiting museums, exhibition halls, or art galleries as centers and institutions of cultural activities both within their countries and in their overseas journeys. We have noted that our students do not take much interest in their own local culture and that they hardly visit such centers of their own accord. Journey through Europe with Suitcase of Culture Context/background of the project; In our project we aimed for our students to gain a different and self-directed perspective of the cultural assets and institutions such as museums and art galleries both in their own countries and in their journeys to other countries as we had observed that most youngsters including our students did not take much interest in cultural matters and that they did not enjoy visiting such places. Objectives; The objective of our project for the youngsters was to arouse interest and awareness towards cultural activities and to motivate them to learn and get familiar to their own cultures. The students/youngsters were to determine the way of displaying the exhibits in a more attractive way for the peer foreign visitors themselves by means of onsite observation and studying. Number and profile of participating organizations; We have participated this project as 5 countries including Estonia, Poland, Hungary, Greece (Crete) and Turkey. Except for Estonia and Hungary, the other participant countries hadn't conducted a project before. We all had many students from lower socio-economic circles. We aimed to make these students acquire a new insight of the multilateral European culture and thus make them feel as part of the European Union and appreciate the collective values. Another important objective for the long term was to motivate the youngsters / students to feel and take the responsibility for the future of the European Union and act together.Description of undertaken main activities; In the course of our project, first of all the essential information about the cultural activities of the cities involved in the project were explored and collected. The centers such as museums, art galleries, or exhibition halls were visited and then the digital frame of the project work such as film slides, commercial films, motion/audio videos were produced. The participant students of partner schools voted online for the cultural activity to be done in the respective country. The participant students of the host country accompanied their visitors in their visits and prepared workshops for their foreign peers. At other times, the social activities such as school visits, ice-breaker activities, dining out, or sightseeing tours were organized by the participant school. Finally the completed works were shared on a common digital platform and combined in an “Open Education Resource” via web as an e-book in the form of an interactive suitcase form. In this way, sustainability of the project is ensured. The content of the activities were all about Culture and Art. In this way, not only the hosts but also the visitors had the chance to relive and introduce their own culture, to explore foreign ones and compare with one another's. The students always concluded that ""despite all differences, we are the same"".Results and impact attained; All the planned and stated objectives have been fully accomplished. The meaning and importance of culture and art has been emphasized not only by the students, but also by the public institutions like schools and municipalities. Students have overcome their biases. The project belongs to the participant school, so it has helped a sustainable change in cultural attitudes. We have also succeeded in arousing public interest on protecting our cultural values and handing them down to the next generations"
