The largest non-public university in Pomerania runs the Finance and Management Department in Gdańsk, as well as Economics and Management in Gdynia. Two foreign universities are members of the project consortium: University of Sannio and ARISTOTELIO PANEPISTIMIO THESSALONIKIS. The partners will bring knowledge and experience in the field of technology implementation and transfer of innovations to business on the examples known to them from their home universities. In the project, the partners (universities) will participate in defining the current state at their universities, creating a common technology transfer model. Each of the universities participating in the program will conduct a pilot program of technology transfer, adequate to the research potential. Based on the results of the pilot, partner universities will explore the possibilities of process optimization, adaptation and ensuring the universality of the model. At the end of the project, all partners will participate in the creation of a universal technology transfer model. The project also includes the participation of a third partner - an institution supporting the transfer of knowledge and its commercialization - the Technology Transfer Center at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa in Toruń. - experience and knowledge in the field of commercialization of knowledge and knowledge transfer from university to business. The main tasks of CTT are to support the transfer of knowledge and scientific achievements and their promotion among commercial organizations in the field of commercialization. The above is implemented through identification of innovative solutions, analysis of market potential of projects and research results, identification of potential business partners interested in cooperation in the commercialization or licensing of technologies developed by scientists, building a network of contacts with industry, establishing and formalizing contacts between entrepreneurs and scientists. CTT's tasks in the project will be consistent with their competences. In the project, after the start, they will present a model, known to them, technology transfer scheme, which will be the basis for further research for partner universities. The implementation of the undertaking covered by the subject application results from the diagnosis of entrepreneurship development and stimulation of cooperation between science and business. The transfer takes place mainly between the science and research sector and the sphere of economic activity, creating a specific bridge between these worlds. This process also takes place within the economic sphere between enterprises and at its interface: individual inventors - entrepreneurs. Partners in various arrangements are scientific and research institutions, large, medium and small enterprises, public institutions and private individuals.Technology transfer may take a passive or active form under market conditions. Technology transfer in an active form is synonymous with a narrow understanding of technology commercialization. As part of the project, the issue of creating a model for cooperation between science and business will be addressed - it is expected to create solutions that will attract entrepreneurs to universities, study technological opportunities, resources needed to implement technology and, on the other, stimulate the entrepreneurship of young scientists .During the project implementation, the results will be achieved:- establishing strategic cooperation- development of the innovation implementation model (at the project initiation stage and after pilot transfer studies)- creating a universal model of technology transfer,- strengthening cooperation with technology transfer centers existing at universitiesAfter:- developing proceduresThe measures of the project implementation will be:- number of patents applied- number of patents sold to business- number of technology implementations- number of contracts concluded with entrepreneurs in the field of researching the potential of technology implementationTasks in the project have been planned in a way that guarantees planned resultsresults. The results in the project are:1. Soft results - in this project they will be universal models of technology transfer that will stimulate cooperation with entrepreneurs, and thus will prevent the freezing of patents and knowledge at universities. To achieve these soft results, the Center involved Technology Transfers, which is a natural link between the world of science and business.2. Hard results:- basic technology transfer model,- universal model of technology transfer,- completed pilot study on the possibilities of technology transfer to business - 1 item / each partner university.

The principles of diversity, inclusiveness, key competences, green application, internationalization and digitalization are the principles appreciated within this project.<< Implementation >>To reach the project aims, the partners of 4 universities from Turkey, Norway, Spain and Italy will carry out 14 different homestay-related trainings around 200 courses through a Homestay Moodle as a joint e-learning platform. 1000 trainees are expected to participate and get certified at the end of the moodle. As the sustaibale and cultural product of the project, a joint digital Eurasian Local Foods Recipe Book, compatible with augmented and virtual reality technologies will be developed.<< Results >>The participants of the project are going to be equipped with all related trainings about homestay tourism and sustainability and they will be ready to commence a homestay enterprise adding value to the local, regional and national economy. There will be a ready-to-use Homestay Moodle after the project to be used for other purposes as well. The Eurasian Local Foods Recipe Book with augmented and virtual reality versions will serve as a conveyor of the local culture to the next generations.

Their use in our daily lives is increasing, such as in public transport systems, highlighting the need for novel, robust development methodologies to ensure their dependability, whose compromise could have severe consequences, as exemplified by various incidents (e.g., accidents caused by Tesla's autopilot system). To ensure ACP dependability, InnoGuard targets developing novel methods for ACPS quality assurance by creating a tailored training program for Early-Stage Researchers (ESRs), with scientific objectives including methods to automate ACPS quality assessment and behavior evolution using AI techniques and enhancing ACPS dependability through real-time security, privacy, and uncertainty handling solutions. Additionally, InnoGuard seeks to improve the trustworthiness of AI methods, enhance environmental sustainability by increasing the energy efficiency of ACPSs with the usage of AI methods, including Large Language Models (LLMs), and validate such techniques in open-source contexts such as Robot Operating Systems (ROS)-based systems. Ultimately, InnoGuard will deliver novel techniques and methodological principles for ACPS quality assurance, ensuring high trustworthiness, reliability, and legal compliance. The project's holistic approach encompasses technical advancements and training initiatives, with a broad plan to disseminate results to industry stakeholders, associations, and the wider public. Through these efforts, InnoGuard strives to elevate the status of ESRs as future experts in ACPS engineering.
