"<< Background >>Between 75 and 375 million workers (3% to 14% of the global workforce) will have to change occupational category by 2030 due to automation, artificial intelligence and digitization, according to the study ""Jobs lost, jobs gained: workforce transitions in a time or automation"" written by McKinsey Global Institute. Hence, concepts such as ‘reskilling’ and ‘upskilling’ are particularly important. These concepts were already important before, but now we are immersed in an environment of change and transformation, and not only because of COVID-19, but also because of digitization, sustainability or the context of recession, with the addition of new profiles. professionals in the labor market.'Reskilling' is the recycling and preparation of a professional to carry out a task for which they have soft skills, 'soft skills', but not 'hard skills' or technical skills. He will have to learn 'hard' skills to develop his new position, in the same functional area in most cases. The ‘upskilling’ is “the reinforcement of‘ soft ’capacities to take a position of greater responsibility. Here the professional already has the technical competencies but needs to be updated in new competencies and abilities «to incorporate and perfect new approaches to the work that he is already doing.Every day the diagnostic precision of Revans' law is more evident, according to which every person, company or organization needs to learn at least, at the same speed at which its environment is transformed if it wants to survive and do it at a higher speed if it does. you want is to progress. The effects of not maintaining a constant learning dynamic at the rate of evolution are not immediate, but they are inevitable at some point in the medium-long term, especially at a time like the current one in which the consequences of Covid are combined with those of the big digitization that was already underway. These two forces come together to multiply the increase in the speed and intensity of the transformation, which makes it difficult for many people to be able to adapt with guarantees to the demands of knowledge and skills that today's talent needs. The entities that make up this consortium, like the rest of the organizations, entities, institutions, companies and society in general, have the need to generate training recycling systems and adaptation to the digital transformation that we face from our structures. This transformation process is global and requires new mechanisms and adaptations, which, thanks to this project request, our organizations will be able to take advantage of to be more qualified, by acquiring reskilling and upskilling skills related to digital readiness, resilience and capabilities. This fact will allow generating important learning synergies due to the different experiences and knowledge of the consortium entities that will be used by the rest and satisfy our joint need for digital transformation in a transnational, collaborative and participatory way, which will allow us to enhance organizational development of the five entities that participate in this project.<< Objectives >>Specific goals and objectivesThe main objective of this project is based on creating an association for cooperation to promote transnational cooperation in the field of work with youth population in order to develop, test and implement innovative methods to promote reskilling and upskilling skills of youth to address digital transformation, through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capabilities. These methods are intended to improve the employability of youth by promoting their skills, abilities and values, promoting a youth prepared to face the social transformation that is coming.Specific objectives:O1. Create innovative practices in the field of youth through the development of a methodology based on virtual gamification, with which to acquire upskilling and reskilling skills that favor the acquisition of knowledge and skills to address digital transformation.O2. Increase the possibilities of transferring innovative methodologies among youth workers and educators, using a production of project results that they can access to understand how to develop and enhance the employability of youth, especially youth with fewer opportunities, in response to the new reality caused by the Covid-19 crisis.O3. Encourage the organizational development of 5 entities with diverse cultural and organizational experiences and strengthen their association for cooperation, developing and disseminating the production of results of the project created in the field of youth. As for the target group of this project, it is a very broad group and in all of them the need has been identified to generate innovative methodologies that enhance the employability of youth and favor training recycling and readjustment towards digital transformation. Each of the target groups to which our project is addressed is specified in detail below:Group of direct project recipients:- Educators, youth workers, youth leaders and / or job counselors dedicated to improving the employability of young people. Thanks to this project, they will have a production of results that will allow them to apply an innovative methodology that will enhance the skills most valued by employers currently directly related to digital skills, resilience and innovation.- Young people in general and young people with fewer opportunities (disability, mental disorders, social and / or economic obstacles, migrants, etc.) who need to improve their employability either to access the current job market or to adapt their skills and / or knowledge to the currently demanded by employers.Group of indirect recipients of the project:- Professionals from social entities who need to recycle and / or readapt their knowledge and skills related to digital transformation and resilience.- Enterprises and other economic agents and / or interested public administrations in need of implementing the results of the project in their professional structures.<< Implementation >>The methodology used to achieve the expected results with the project will be based on active and committed cooperation between the five partners participating in this partnership for cooperation. In this way, the activities and objectives of the project will be fully met.The activities that lead to the achievement of the objectives and expected results are the following:1.- Project management. The main tasks of coordinating the project will be assigned to ASPAYM, the project coordinator, who will have the support of the other partners, especially Rosto Solidario in everything related to quality evaluations and CEIPES in the dissemination part. All partners have prior experience working on Erasmus Plus projects and have previously worked together on other projects, which will facilitate this task. In addition, there will be periodic internal communication and representatives from each area designated in each of the partner entities, which will facilitate this task of project management and implementation.2.- Quality assurance and impact measurement. Rosto Solidario will be responsible for this task. Constant monitoring throughout the development of the project will allow correcting possible incidents, readjusting the times in case of delays and guaranteeing a correct development of the results, guaranteeing their quality.3.- Dissemination. CEIPES, in collaboration with ASPAYM, will be in charge of the dissemination activities. This includes press conferences or initial or final press releases, project information activities, publication in online and offline media, sending press releases and managing actions with the media, design of audiovisual material and corporate image... Activities will also be the exploitation of results, which will be managed by ASPAYM.4.- Transnational meetings. The partners will have a transnational meeting every 8 months or so. These meetings will be online, in Italy and in Spain, and the main objective will be to ensure good cooperation between the 5 partners, achieving a solid partnership for cooperation in the youth field. Along with this, regular meetings will be held through Zoom to ensure adequate quality of project management. Rosto Solidario, in collaboration with UEMC, will be in charge of this monitoring activity.5.- Results. In this project a result is proposed. It will be coordinated by ASPAYM. It is important to note that the result is not the responsibility of a single partner, so all the organizations involved in the project will work together to achieve the indicators and expected results. The evaluation, coordinated by Rosto Solidario, will be carried out by each member taking into account the established guidelines. In addition, AICSCC will play a fundamental role, since throughout the development process of the result it will guarantee that they have a clear psycho-pedagogical component and will propose the appropriate modifications when necessary, always with the aim of complying with this premise.6.- Multiplier events. There will be 4 multiplier events. One of them will be a final international conference in Valladolid, Spain, that will be organized by ASPAYM in collaboration with UEMC. The others will be local broadcast events in Romania, Italy and Portugal. The main objective of these multiplier events will be to promote and disseminate the results and activities that have been carried out in the project, as well as to publicize the opportunities offered by the Erasmus Plus Program. The minimum number of participants in each event will be 25, except in the case of the final conference, where at least 50 people are expected. CEIPES will be in charge of the corporate image of the events and Rosto Solidario will be in charge of monitoring this activity.<< Results >>The ""Gamification of Employment II"" project seeks to improve upskilling and reskilling skills of youth, especially youth with fewer opportunities, to address digital transformation, through the development of digital readiness, resilience and capabilities. These methods are intended to improve the employability of youth by promoting their skills, abilities and values, promoting a youth prepared to face the social transformation that is coming. The consortium will work through the development of new approaches to implement new methodologies that youth workers, professionals and interested staff can use while working with their target groups.1. Production of results:It is expected to develop a result divided into parts. - Innovative virtual training ecosystem, in which the target group will be able to update and deepen their knowledge in those capacities identified as key to promoting digital transformation and enhancing the employability of youth. All this supported by gamification tools, which allows the design of closer and more attractive experiences for young people and that will increase their level of commitment during the learning process by being protagonists and being able to decide on its development. Each training itinerary is made up of three levels of specialization, through a gamified narrative. The virtual training ecosystem will be made up of 5 training itineraries and each of them will develop a strategic competence to face the digital transformation and strengthen the employability of the target group with 3 levels of difficulty:1. Digital capabilities (ASPAYM)2. Management and analysis of large volumes of data: Big Data (UEMC)3. Resilience (AICSCC)4. Environmental and sustainable economics (SR)5. Digital communication (CEIPES)Each of the partner entities will generate content on the strategic competence on which it shows experience. Each training itinerary is made up of three levels of specialization, (basic level, intermediate level and expert level) through a gamified narrative. The user will be able to develop the training experience by going through all the levels of specialization or will have the possibility of taking a previous test that will indicate the state of knowledge of it and will recommend its level based on the result obtained. Before accessing a new level, the user must have completed the different training resources and have demonstrated the acquisition of this knowledge. Once the itinerary is finished, the user obtains a certification that guarantees the knowledge achieved.- Complementary virtual manual to facilitate that other youth workers can use the same methodology and that will include, among others, the following sections: index, description of the project, description of the participating entities, description of the target groups, virtual gamification as a pedagogical tool, adaptations for young people with disabilities, conclusions of the methodology, testimonies, recommendations, revised bibliography and photographs. It will be available in all project languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Romanian)."

"The gamification of Employment, is a strategic project of five partners aimed at enhancing the key competences to improve the employability of the youth population, with special attention to the groups with fewer opportunities, through the use of board games, as a suitable simulated scenario to train and develop these skills or competencies most valued, currently by the labor market. To achieve this great result, the consortium is made up of 5 organizations (from 4 different countries) that deal with different groups of young people: 1) Aspaym, with great experience in dealing with people with disabilities and coordinator of youth employment itineraries for that group. 2) CEIPES, will deal with the target group of migrants and refugees, as it does in its activities and projects each year. 3) AICSS. It works, actively with young people with psychological and emotional disorders, as association and training of psychologists. 4) Rosto Solidario, association with great experience in working with people with fewer opportunities and risk of exclusion 5) UEMC, University that for years incorporates methods of non-formal education to enhance the skills of its students, being experts in the application of board games, introducing innovative concepts in the formal education sector as the ""gamification of the classrooms ""Or the establishment of generic competences derived from the analysis of the"" Tuning Educational Structures in Europe ""project The objective of the project is to identify, train and promote the most significant generic competences of the youth population, especially of groups with fewer opportunities (disability, migrants, exclusion risks, etc.), thanks to the use of a formal, non-formal innovative educational methodology (and digital) based on the application of board games, as a suitable simulated context, through which to improve the employability of the participants of this project. In this way, the project also aims to develop the welfare of the target groups, thanks especially to the increase of their skills, self-esteem and the interaction that will allow them to socialize with their peer group. The results that the project will achieve are: - Manual for educators, youth workers and work counselors - that describes the theories of the use of board games as a socializing element and a perfect simulated scenario to train and enhance generic skills that favor employability. This intellectual product will contribute to the professionalization of educators, counselors and youth workers, equipping them with documentation and development of a methodology that will increase their resources and tools to work with different groups of young people. - Test of the methodology, once the transversal competences to be strengthened with the target group of this project are recognized - there will be workshops organized with the target group (people of different backgrounds: young people in general, young people with social disadvantages, refugees, migrants, people with physical disabilities, people with psychological disorders or emotional problems), which will offer conclusions about the efficiency of the use of board games as a socializing tool and generator of generic skills for job search or self improvement. - Web platform used for elearning and for the professional development of educators, youth workers and job counselors of young people and for the degree of capacity of organizations to organize activities of different origins. The web platform will also be used for the dissemination of the other intellectual and project products, organizations and financiers. After the completion of the project, all the organizations that make up this strategic partnership will be able to enjoy the innovative methodology with their target group and will be able to train other educators, counselors and youth workers in these tools, thus acquiring a great experience in the training of youth through board games, as a channeling methodology and enhancer of the key generic competences in the search or improvement of employment of the youth population. These results will also continue to be available after the completion of the project as described in the field aimed at sustainability. Thanks to the training activities, the organization will directly involve 150 participants. The duration of the project will be 26 months: from September 2018 to October 2020."

The largest cause of sensory impairments is the ageing process with over 60. Rising life expectancy and increasing numbers of older people in the population in Europe means a growing number of individuals are affected by visual and hearing impairments. Thus, raising general awareness of problems and potential solutions is essential to maximising individual quality of life and minimising social isolation. A key challenge related to the quality of life of older people with sensorial impairments is the adequate training of the professionals working in care services addressed for this specific target group. Through surveys, events, workshops and daily work ENVITER and HIPEN (European networks representing organisations of professionals and experts in sensory impairments from 21 EU countries) collected information about the concrete learning needs of the professionals working with ageing people with sensory impairments. Based on this knowledge, 7 entities from these EU networks launched the SENSNET project with the aim of creating a European Academy that designed, developed, collected, tested and valorised innovative approaches and contents tailored to the specific needs of professionals that work with ageing people with sensory impairments. The main activities within the SENSNET project were as follows:- Design of the methodological guide for the learning programme- Development of the training materials for professionals working with ageing people with hearing and/or visual impairments in the areas such as, lighting and ergonomics and accessibility in society and in the daily life (access to culture and access to information and communication media)- Creation of an online learning platform for professionals working with ageing people with hearing and visual impairments- Development of training courses for professionals- Organisation of two multiplier events in Germany and FranceThe most important results achieved within the SENSNET project are: 1) Creation of the European Academy that provides training for professionals working with ageing people with visual and/or hearing impairments (SENSNET-EASI platform), 2) Creation of a European learning community of professionals working with ageing people with visual and/or hearing impairments, 3) Increased the knowledge base of the partners to have a more accurate awareness of professionals’ learning needs and priorities, 4) Improved skills of professionals involved in two rounds of the training course, 5) Creation of a comprehensive training strategy for professionals working with ageing people with hearing and visual impairments6) Increased awareness on the importance of the training of the professionals working with ageing people with visual and/or hearing impairments at national (Spain, France, The Netherlands, Italy, Bulgaria, Greece and United Kingdom) and European levels. The main target group of the project are workers at day care centres for older people, geriatric social workers, care workers for seniors, therapists for seniors, GPs, nurses, home-visiting care workers and other professionals that provide services to support ageing people with sensory impairments. Through the SENSNET activities these target groups have improved their occupational qualification and professional skills in the area of sensory impairments, especially related to hearing and visual problems. By participating in the SENSNET courses all of them became part of a European learning community of professionals working with ageing people with visual and/or hearing impairments and will be informed on the further training to be developed by ENVITER (European Network for Vision Impairment Training Education & Research) and HIPEN (European Network for Professionals working with People with Hearing Impairments). As long-term benefit can be mentioned, among others, the creation of the European Academy that will continue providing training for professionals working with ageing people with visual and/or hearing impairments beyond the project lifetime. To this end, the organisations belonging to the ENVITER and HIPEN networks will encourage their members to participate in the SENSNET courses that are available at the online platform sustained by the Dutch partner – Visio. Also it has to be emphasised that ENVITER has expressed the importance of and their interest in making sure that the efforts in the SENSNET Project will be taken further and will be made sustainable with support of the network. Finally, it is relevant to mention that the final beneficiaries of the SENSNET project are ageing people over 60 with visual and/or hearing impairments. Due to the SENSNET project, ageing people with sensory impairments will be able to use better qualify services provided by professionals who have carried out the tailored trainings.

In all the EU countries, rehabilitation centres specialised in the support of children with visual impairment have more and more cases of children with central visual disorders and a low vision. Our organisations have already developed methodologies and procedure for the support of children for which the visual impairment is due to a dysfunctioning of the eye, as an organ. When the visual impairement is caused by a cererbral background, the impact for children is totally different for the daily life and compensation means we use usually doesn't work. There are more and more cases and this constat is due to the improvement of medical knowledge, and that we didn't identify before the causes of their visual impairment. This is a real issue for all the rehabilitation organisations in Europe, which want to develop/set up a process of evaluation and support, as a standard for our organisations. Our experience with these children show us that they need to have a specific approach in the comprehension of the impact of their disabilities and in the support modalities to set up. And despite the improvement of scientific knowledge on this question, modalities of support are too often some individual processes, without concertation and very isolated, locally. It is important to work together on the development of a coherent and pluridisciplinary process at EU level. In consequence, the objectives of CVI Project were to gather all the experiences of the partners and to develop a common process and common tools to improve the support of visually impaired children with cerebral visual impairment. The partnership is composed of 8 organisations from Europe and one from Quebec, all are specialists in the rehabilitation of visually impaired people. Among the 9 partners, 5 of them are french speaking (MFAM, IRSAM, CRDV from France, IRSA from Belgium and INLB from Longueuil in Quebec). The 4 other organisations are coming from Spain (2), The Netherlands and Croatia. The partnership has developed : - a protocol of assessment for a pluridisciplinary assessment of central visual disorders, working with different professionals : ophtalmologists, orthoptists, neuropsychologists, working with existing tools already used, and adapted to the group when necessary. - A handbook to give the knowledge of the process, the referral to the tools used, and how it works, with the contents of the tools developed in the project.- A questionnaire for relatives and surrounding of the children to support the assessment of the children. -An individual passport in which could be described simply for the environnement the impact of disorders in the life of the child, and also with a key card, a template layed out in A5 format to know more about the context of the child concerned. - A guide (called training course) to enable the professionals to use in a suitable way the outcomes of the project for the benefit of these children. The impact of this project is very important and the number of professionals concerned by these developments is huge. with difficulty to count approximately this figure, we know that at least in the francophone network (composed of 33 organisations in francophone countries), this is approximately 5000 professionnals concerned near or far by the developments. We can say that the impact is very huge in consideration with also the other EU countries
