It has particularly affected youth, who are still at risk of becoming a ”lost generation” with limited possibilities. Moreover, young people’s discontent in regard to their exclusion from the job market undermines their belief in the capacities of the state as well as the EU in general to satisfy their needs, resulting in growing Euroscepticism and support to extremist political parties. With a lack of responses to these challenges on a state level, various initiatives emerged from the bottom up. Co-working is one of them, a phenomenon that experienced a boom in the last years, bringing a new dimension to self-employment and entrepreneurship. At the core of coworking is the idea of re-establishing community, increasing collaboration between people, increasing their capacities and skills. Such an approach facilitates networking and helps sharing experience, enhances productivity, boosts innovation and creativity. The advantages of co-working is twofold: first, it allows to develop professional work while combining various skills and specialization; second, it facilitates the development of a mentality based on the values of inclusion, belief in the strength of collective actions and solidarity. INCOME investigated the various methods of co-working and how they can be relevant for social inclusion, culture, business incubation and other fields. INCOME was multi-layer initiative aiming to find new opportunities within the concept of co-working by acting within the intersection of culture and economy, brought on by 9 different partners from March 2017 to February 2019. With its eclectic mix of partners - representing both culture organisations, municipalities, NGOs and business incubators - from around Europe, it explored possibilities to achieve job sustainability and opportunities beyond and across traditional formats, borders and methods. Different European dimensions, both theoretical and geographical, were investigated. Putting co-working at the centre of the discussion gives opportunities to map connections between various forms of creative industries, civil society organisations and new types of economies. A critical overview of where and why we are at this moment, including an analysis of how we talk about the issues and what our conceptual understanding is, has been a crucial starting point. Through activities such as transnational meetings, conferences and professional work exchange an array of different approaches were gathered, best practices shared and new ideas were allowed to emerge. INCOME also applied a critical approach to co-working. What kind of social and economical patterns do we reproduce when defining our working environments as co-working spaces? What type of impact on our societies do we strive for when re-designing work as co-working?The project largely depended on accumulating varied types of knowledge and experiences, through professionals visiting each other’s organisations, following their work and activities, taking part in meetings and study visits and getting to know the local situation - job shadowing. This does not only promote sharing of ideas and best practices, but also helps to quickly get insights into each other’s work, allowing to form new networks and relationships and understand how we can make use of the experiences, a good breeding ground for future projects and further exchange. Afterwards, the participants function as “multipliers” through employing new methods in their organisations and spreading the knowledge to their different target groups. At local level, partners have conducted their own local stakeholder meeting or activity, in order to disseminate results as well as to further deepen the knowledge about the topics. Through the INCOME journey partners dove headfirst into the world of co-working. When implementing and spreading the conclusions, these could allow a more dynamic labour market with the contribution of the dimensions of culture, innovation and technology. At the end of this journey made of exchange, research, and inspiration, the project found strategies and actions that can result in successful co-working practices: In short: Be Fully Part of Your Local Community; Give Your Community Specific Added Value; Be Protagonist of the Scientific/Technical World; Learn From Culture and Artistic Methods. The ideas and experiences are gathered in the publication “Exploring collaboration experiences and innovative work spaces in Europe”, where in dept texts and analyses are combined with conclusions and the partner’s own experiences. Within the network of partners, new ideas have already started to form in different constellations. Co-working as a concept will be implemented in many future activities - not only those addressing youth or unemployment, but as a fruitful thought-model and method to develop businesses, communities and culture.

European Green Deal for EU and its citizens, “resets the Commission’s commitment to tackling climate and environmental-related challenges and aims to transform EU’s economy for a sustainable future”. In order to achieve this aim, new strategies are emerged such as increasing the EU’s climate ambition for 2030 and 2050, accelerating the shift to sustainable and smart mobility, designing an integrated “From Farm2Fork” fair, healthy and environmentally-friendly food system, etc. In addition to this, as part of the UN 2030 Agenda for sustainable development, 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were set by international community. One of this SDGs is “Climate Action” which “aims to addressing the global and urgent challenge of climate change, notably by making sure that all countries of the world: (a) strengthen their resilience and adaptation to climate change, with extra attention to the small island developing States (SIDS) and least developed countries (LDCs), as well as the communities most vulnerable to and affected by climate change (b) mainstream climate change in global and national policies, strategies, and planning to ensure coherent, efficient, and quick actions and (c) raise awareness and educate people about the climate challenge and actions to take”.There is lack of training for specific professionals such as farmers and members of cooperative associations and in a smaller scale for food business operators regarding climate change and its consequences. Furthermore no equal opportunities for training of interested parties in the agro-food sector exist in partner countries. Food consumers also need training in order to change their habits related to their choices and habits. In addition to this, newly emerged strategies and priorities at EU and international level, create the necessity for the development of training courses adapted to these. LIVECLIC aims to develop training courses for the above - mentioned target groups in order to raise their awareness to sustainable growth. In addition to this, LIVECLIC aims to strengthen the competencies of specific professionals in the agri-food sector, thus making them critical factors of change in promoting specific EU Green Deal strategies, as well as to promote the exchange of best practices among the partner countries. Competencies will be related mainly to sustainable farming, circular economy, green supply chain thus contributing to the sustainable adaptation of livestock production and its supply chain to Climate Change (CC). Targeted professionals are farmers in the field of animal production, members of cooperative associations, food business operators, and professionals in the field of warehouses, transports and logistics. Consumer organizations are also a target group as the project aims to enable behavioral changes for individual preferences, and changes in consumption habits, and lifestyles including aspects such as reduction of food waste etc.<< Objectives >>LIVECLIC main objective is the design and development of training courses related to the sustainable adaptation of Livestock production to Climate Change. This objective aims to educate all the involved stakeholders of the sector who will contribute to the development of environmentally friendly and sustainable agriculture that will be readily absorbed by the labor market as well as consumers that would have the possibility to change habits and lifestyle by choosing a healthier and greener diet and by being familiar to practices for reducing food waste. The educative results could be useful for the whole society in terms of a more sustainable way of farming, production, consuming and living. The basic thematic categories developed will be (a) Climate change and animal production, (b) Circular economy / green supply chain in the agro-food sector, (c) Locally adapted breeds and climate change (d) social impact of climate change in the livestock production and (e) mitigation measures towards Climate Change.Further to the above mentioned main objective, three specific objectives will be incorporated: (1) To develop training courses adapted to the needs of partner countries, EU strategies and priorities as well as each partner country’s best practices related to the sustainable adaptation of livestock production to Climate Change. The aim of this specific objective is the cooperation, and the sharing of experiences and knowledge, which will result in more effective and cost-efficient actions and programs towards the training of farmers, retail sellers, scientists etc., in ensuring the sustainability of livestock production chain. Education is a significant actor in the struggle against CC and the latter should be integrated into the vocational training as a matter of urgency. In a highly globalized world, sustainable results can be produced through cooperation, since one country’s policy for agriculture directly affects its neighboring countries, and Europe as a whole. In addition, different implemented farming systems reflect also different needs and different approaches in regard to climate change policy framework.(2) To validate training courses through pilot trainings. Pilot trainings will be realized in selected partner countries as live trainings and workshops with simultaneous live broadcasting for specific participants (such as farmers in mountain areas or small islands). Audience will be consist of target groups associated with each thematic category.(3) To raise visibility of the developed courses. Dissemination and sharing activities will be selected on the basis of the more effective ways to create optimum impact for the interested parties.<< Implementation >>Various activities will be carried out by all partners depending on their expertise. Project’s activities are as followsACTIVITY 1 - MANAGEMENTProject management and implementation include supportive activities that aim to assure the successful implementation of the project through its results. In particular, these activities are related to management, coordination (operational & financial), communication (internal & external), quality assurance, and dissemination activities.
