Quality education and training, successful labour market integration and more mobility were key elements for the advancement of the Europe 2020 Strategy objectives. Mobility strengthens peoples’ employability and personal development and is valued by employers (ET 2020), but is hindered by language barriers. Intercomprehension is a form of communication in which each person uses his or her language and understands that of the other. The advantages of intercomprehension are: it is politically relevant in the context of the EU advocating plurilingualism and cultural diversity, it relies on a solid psychological foundation (it uses innate ability for language learning and previously acquired communication skills), it is educationally reasonable (it motivates learners by using what they already know and their innate ability to learn, it facilitates intercultural education. The objective of IC EU has been the development of resources for youth workers to promote European citizenship, intercultural learning and mobility, so young people can develop their competences for employability. The resources include training materials on the topics of intercomprehension as a tool for non-formal learning, European citizenship and human rights education, the evaluation of developed competences using intercomprehension and a collection of activities for plurilingual conversations, created using principles and activities of non-formal education. The project results are innovative resources developed by combining: academic research on the topic of intercomprehension as a method of developing language competences, with non-formal education principles to create the learning context and involving the final beneficiaries of the results (youth workers) and their target group (young people) in developing relevant employability materials and methodology for European citizenship education with a focus on international mobility to empower young people. The IC EU Book provides content on the theory and methodology of intercomprehension for European citizenship. The content has been developed during joint working sessions with partner representatives, tested with target groups and adapted based on the feedback received. The information provided therein can be better understood by using the accompanying video material created during project activities with IC EU participants. The intellectual outputs are available in plurilingual format (Romanian, Italian, French and English) on the project website iceu.enoalinguistics.com. The project activities included: 3 transnational partner meetings, 3 short term joint staff trainings, 1 blended learning mobility for young people and 4 multiplier events to disseminate the intellectual outputs created (training materials and methodology), found in the IC EU Book and accompanying videos, downloadable here http://iceu.enoalinguistics.com/ic-eu-book/. On all levels, the project has raise awareness about: European citizenship, youth employability and intercultural learning; it has promoted fundamental values and principles at the core of the European Union such as respect for diversity, human rights, cultural sensitivity etc. At local levels, the project has provided young people with knowledge, competences and awareness of opportunities for education and employment abroad, but most importantly, it has empowered them to make the most of these opportunities, it has increased the visibility of partner organizations and their capacity to facilitate international mobilities for young people in view of developing awareness and employability prospects. At regional and national level, the results of the project will continue to be disseminated and are transferable, therefore other organizations can use them in their activity and thereby increase the impact of youth work in the field of youth mobility, social inclusion and employability.

We must be aware that the social and economic impact of the current health crisis of COVID-19 in our environment and in environments with fewer opportunities, will generate a social crisis of which we believe that a good way to support youth, especially those in social disadvantage and the sectors of culture and creation, will be promoting social inclusion through the empowerment and active participation of youth in society, using art and creativity as a means to acquire skills. We will create a European network of youth organizations, from which to promote the development of a more structured cooperation, online and offline, in order to strengthen partnerships focusing on inclusive participation and the development of skills through creativity and the arts, with the aim of giving youth a voice and promoting their active participation using Collective Theater Creation as an educational tool in the field of Shadow Theater. The Collective Theater Creation is a method of artistic production that is based on the development of the creative capacities of all participants immersed in the creative process. It is a group method that highlights relationships and interactions on a horizontal level of cooperation.Once the project starts, a base group of young people will be created in each of the organizations made up of young people from the local community, guaranteeing the participation of socially disadvantaged young people, who, accompanied by youth workers, will design the basic lines of the local group of Collective Theater Creation of each partner entity. This group will try to involve the greatest number of young people in the development of artistic and creative activities and workshops, involving young people who are socially disadvantaged due to educational, social, cultural (migrant origin, minorities, ...) and / or economic issues. From the network we will carry out different activities at the local and European level with the aim of launching artistic workshops to promote creativity using different artistic techniques that we will later use in the Shadow Theater. Participants will be able to participate in the process of a theatrical creation from start to finish, as a way to foster their creative learning, their entrepreneurial spirit and innovation. We will use music, dance, body expression, plastic and digital arts, etc ... as tools that will promote creativity for the development and acquisition of skills. It is expected to involve young artists from the local community in the implementation of these workshops, as a way of supporting and reinforcing their talent and artistic activity, and different groups from the world of arts and culture. We consider your participation in the project as key as a way to help the culture and creation sector to recover from the crisis caused by Covid-19. Their presence will serve to promote youth employability and entrepreneurship in the cultural and artistic fields and to nurture talents and foster entrepreneurship in the cultural and creative fields. The project plans to:• Carry out three transnational meetings.• Launch three training / learning activities addressing key elements of the project.• Create a Shadow Theater Manual as an educational tool for social inclusion through Art and Creativity (Intellectual Output).• Promote activities at the local level as a means of acquiring skills using art and creativity and involving youth organizations with groups and agents from the world of arts and culture.• Promote the exchange of good practices. In the implementation of the project we will use an active and participatory methodology linked to non-formal education. We will also use an innovative methodology called Service-Learning. Service-learning is a methodology oriented to education for citizenship, inspired by active pedagogies and compatible with other educational strategies. In this project it is also conceived as a method to unite learning and social commitment: learning to be competent by being useful to others. It is expected that a total of 60 people will participate in the transnational training actions that appear in this project and that directly or indirectly in the project about 600 people will participate in childhood, adolescence, youth, youth workers, young artists in addition to volunteers, experts, technicians and managers of the partner entities that will be involved in the different phases of the project. The project will involve 4 entities with extensive experience at the local and European level from France, Italy, Turkey and Spain and will have a total duration of 24 months, starting on June 30, 2021.

"The project was born from the need to energize the artistic and cultural sector, while offering new opportunities for youth on social entrepreneurship, focusing on the opportunities offered by the urban regeneration of the territory and introducing a European dimension. The objective of the project is to exchange good practices and interconnect the realities of diferent recuperated spaces, encouraging them to participate in international mobility projects. ""RE-GENERATION +. Urban, artistic and cultural regeneration in Covid times."" It also aims to give the possibility to groups of young people already active at the local level, to experience practices different from those that are activated in their own country, through participation in training courses at the local level and in an international activity in the wich they can learn from their peers and start common planning. The project provides two meetings between the partners (an initial meeting and a final evaluation meeting, which will be held in Spain and Portugal respectively), a training course for young entrepreneurs linked to regenerated structures for cultural and artistic purposes, in which 12 young entrepreneurs (or future entrepeneurs), 5 youth workers, 4 national coordinators, a series of 4 educational mobilities of representatives of youth associations from the 4 partner countries, local activities with young people to ensure the multiplier effect and online dissemination and visibility activities. And artistic and cultural local actions designed in cooperation by young people from different countries. The project involves youth workers and youth entrepreneurs from the four participating countries (Italy, France, Spain and Portugal) with the aim of knowing the realities of the partner countries and initiating a process of integration between youth policies within the framework of Erasmus +, creating a network with groups of young people active locally in urban regeneration for artistic and cultural purposes. Thanks to the encounter between different actors and the training periods, the project aims to increase the volume of mobility, the level of active participation of young people, the revitalization of communities through the reuse of abandoned spaces and the dynamization and increase of local activities related to art and culture, thanks to European cooperation. The project will have a total duration of 18 months and will use non-formal education methods. The project will produce a website with an interactive map of public spaces for young people from the 4 countries and a manual of good practices."
