Similarities and diversity in cultural heritage united and divided people and countries throughout history. Most of Europe experienced cultural and artistic history which developed around Mediterranean civilizations and brought its cultural heritage across, influencing future legacy and social, national and artistic development. Therefore, it is important to learn and present the cultural history and values, shared between European partners and educators. Cultural Heritage in the Cities project have essentially educational and significant social values, which will be accessible wider through the project results, to study, share and to learn more about our tradition, multicultural and multi-ethnic legacy and tangible inheritance-based in what we call European civilization. Experiencing original art and heritage is an important aspect of the training of staff and associated adult educators, especially to include those facing social, financial and other difficulties in order to improve their knowledge and experiences and to learn new methods in presenting these subjects. Our participants are from these categories and we wish to give them the opportunity to develop new competence and skills in their work based on mobilities to partners countries carefully chosen on the merit of their different cultural heritage. In communication and pre-mobilities online presentations of public heritage, at the places of their creation or stored in the cultural organizations, the public art, architecture and non-material heritage, the participants in mobilities will learn more about the partner's heritage and will improve their understanding of diversity, practice, knowledge and develop new skills transferred to the adult learners during the training at home. The new experiences will be added to their competence and new skills to practice in their work based on recognising the influences in the original heritage, art or tangible objects, copied and developed further in almost every country (e.g. architecture Frizz, symbols from Greek Mythology, characters etc.) The background is an introduction to cultural Heritage as a learning subject in adult education, which is not only based on art and tangible objects but also on literature, music, performing and speaking, which defined European cultural heritage and its value recognised and transferred around the world. Its importance is in embracing multi-ethnic and multicultural groups which brought diversity to our cities and developed more complex European civilization. We also recognise that urban cultural heritage is the creation of the community which is supporting the sustainability of specific groups to be validated. Big cities are especially resilient to changes Urban culture and ethnic contribution create a unique identity of the city which we offer to the participants of the project through mobilities and learning about differences between our city’s histories and development. The goal is also to realize that ethnic minorities and migrants are no threat to our culture and that their presence brings more positive diversity through cultural and social integration into our society. We plan to organise mobilities for our groups of participants, staff, educators and artists-lecturers who will pass on this knowledge and experience to our organisations, staff, adult learners and stakeholders. We also plan to send information about the project to media and relevant cultural and adult education organisations in our countries. The aim is to improve the competence of adults in order to raise their educational level, professional profiles and provide more opportunities for better employment. Also, our organisations will benefit from interesting and capacity building projects in the area of cultural heritage and will attract more users and will be able to find new projects. This is a strong impact of the project on our organisations. The results of the project will include public meetings and lectures related to the experiences from mobilities and new learning, also online presentations and organisation of similar activities in our countries using the participants as leaders. This is our long term benefit and will support the competence of our staff, trainers and learners to participate in future projects increasing to expand our organisation's competence and sustainability.

In the last century, plastic materials made revolutionary changes in industry, medicine, food and communication, and today, our life could not be imagined without plastic. This is especially important in urban and some rural areas, where food industry, energy and production of reusable and non-reusable containers, plastic packaging, bags and items from everyday use could not be the same in different wrapping. Plastic influence on the environment is huge and European Centre for Plastic in the Environment regularly issues guidelines to the manufacturers to achieve the balance between commercial demands and environmental impact which includes additional services, like recycling and the market for recycled products, labelling, collection and waste management and compliance with EU legislation. Partnership, formed by 6 EU countries (UK, Slovakia, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Turkey), shares interest and experience in participating, creating and implementing a project for benefit of local national and wider European participants and public users. All partners worked already in similar projects. The knowledge and attitude towards plastic origin and influence must be the norm of life today and this project aims to reach out in partner’s country’s population, and to inform people of any age, level of education or social, economic and ethnic background about the use and misuses of plastic also the benefits of recycling related to health, economy and active citizens impact on social behaviour. This is the idea which led us to propose this project which concerns majority of people in Europe and will tackles the problem in an innovative way through digital, mobile devices, VR presentation, exhibitions and public talks about the ""journey"" of plastic from its source material to its use and disposal or recycling which would produce the energy or will be transformed into a new plastic form. The project’s aim is to provide the new learning initiatives for staff and target group participants: educators, young people, diverse stakeholders and public in local partner countries. The project's goal is to develop and share different working practices between the partners’ organisations and to transfer the innovative pedagogical and training experiences in order to provide diverse skills and increased confidence in delivering this kind of work. We plan to achieve that through events, wide-range of digital communication, transnational meetings where the exchange of experiences, good practices and the information about the local environmental education will be the base of cooperation and joint activities. Diverse approach to environment will allow some innovative practices to be integrated in local partner’s activities and would bring more awareness to local service users, advancement in training of the partners' staff, and to deliver the tangible outcomes: e-handbook, Blog, digital video VR/3D presentations, use of social media, exhibitions which will include talks about these topics and workshops for staff, stakeholders and public, to introduce the facts related to plastic junk disposed in natural and urban/rural environment and how to reduce irresponsible and harmful impact on people and promote acceptable behaviour. Environmental hazards are part of this presentation but we also aim to include exhibitions, fact files with photographic material related to plastic “journey” from its source to its end, with more conceptual way of tackling the problem, which especially suites young people. The major beneficiaries are the partner’s organisations' which improve working practices, increase staff’s competence and implement new knowledge, pedagogical practice and experience in their regular work and expand the network of collaborators, but also gain much wider network of key stakeholders, professionals and public participants. The benefit of working with partners from the different countries is in diversity of approaches to this topic and different practices which are implemented in partners’ organisations works, which support intercultural and structured dialogue, which is an added value to the project. It also promotes multilingual opportunities and possibility of translation increasing partner's engagement and before their international meetings, it improved communication and support visits, which provides more opportunities for dissemination and better exchange of knowledge and skills. The impact of the project was monitored closely involving partners network of collaborators, media and wider online audiences, which secures long life and educational benefit of the project."

This challenges professional pedagogical work to address the associated opportunities and risks in a professional manner. The YOWOMO2.0-Train partnership - a European consortium of nine organisations from the fields of youth work, vocational education and training and research and development - has developed training courses for both youth work professionals and their trainers in order to acquire the necessary competences for youth work in the ager of smartphones and social media. These trainings are developed in a version for classroom teaching (e.g. continuing education courses, in-house trainings) and for online learning (Massive Open Online Courses). To develop these training courses, the consortium (1) carried out field analyses in the form of stakeholder interviews and focus groups, (2) analysed and integrated existing competence descriptions (YOWOMO2.0; Developing Digital Youth Work), (3) developed extensive material for the practical implementation of training for both professionals and their trainers (curricula, module descriptions, lesson plans, assignments, assessments), (4) tested the developed material in pilot trainings, and (5) presented the results for discussion in various regional, national, European and international meetings. This showed that the results of the partnership were both practically feasible and linked to the expert discussion on digital youth work. All trainings are based on the following four interlocking didactic approaches: (1) Situated learning, (2) Problem-oriented learning, (3) Self-directed learning, and (4) Discovery Learning. The offline version of the training for professionlas consists of seven modules: (1) Digital relationship, (2) Online attitude, (3) Ethics and practice, (4) Legal framework, (5) Social Media and Public Relations, (6) Professional network, and (7) Qualitymanagement. The training for future trainers consists of two parts: (1) a one-day kick-off training to introduce the trainees to the training of skilled workers and (2) flexible informal support for trainees during the implementation of the first training course for professionals (including final assessment). Both the materials for the training of professionals and the trainer training are freely available in the seven languages of the partnership (English, Dutch, German, Polish, Romanian, Italian, Turkish) on the Internet at the address https://yowomo.euThe English language online courses for both professionals and trainers are implemented on the Online Learning Platform Eliademy (https://eliademy.com). The MOOC for professionals comprises modules which are based on the contents of the offline training, but which focus more clearly on the contents of the modules which have proven to be of particular practical relevance for professionals. Therefore, the MOOC comprises the following three modules: (1) Digital relationship (To whom you are talking to - Identifying your target group; Good rapport - How to build professional relationship online; Media richness -The ladder of opportunities), (2) Online attitude (Online identity; Online influence and manipulation - Dysfunctional behaviours; The new normal; Are you also a professional when you are online?), (3) Ethics and practice (Moral compass - Ethics in your work; New acting - protocol). The MOOC for trainers includes modules based on the content of the offline training. Instead of flexible informal support, however, it offers information on the further development of one's own trainer skills. The MOOC comprises the following modules: (1) Introduction to the YOWOMO project and training, (2) Didactical approaches, (3) Training material, (4) Tips and tricks, and (5) How to become a better YOWOMO trainer. Both MOOCs are freely accessible.
