ROUTHThe main aspect of our project is making citizens think critically. This is representative for a person with self-guidance, self-discipline, a person who reaches the highest level in intellectuality, if he persists in this way. Individuals, who obtain critical and consistent thinking, are being more empathic, reasonable and rational. We want to give them the opportunity, to find out for themselves, as junior citizens who have creative and critical thinking, who realize their capabilities and roles in modern democracy, all the processes of that political system, that affects their lives. Our purpose is to make them understand that they hold their future to their hands, and that they should not allow anyone to manipulate them. A new network of active younger Citizens will emerge from their efforts. OurYoungers will commune every topic of that network in a forum that will be built by them. Our target group of students, aging from 13 to 18 years old,300 in number, will involve every specialization available in each school, both sexes, and mostly youngers who belong to disadvantaged groups. Our intention is to implement a project, that will have a lifetime impact on them, so students will be the core of every activity that we design. Our planning involves 35 teachers from every school. Their role will be to turn the results of our project into long-term practices for our students, at all levels. Teacher’s roles will be coordination and guidance for our students. They will act as an intangible resource for the students. Our objectives are:-Development of thinking critically, how to become a leader, communicational and social skill development.- Activate our youngers to community life issues.-Put the foundation of free thinking and acting-Emerge values such as respecting each other, being tolerant, democratic and active as a citizen.-to forward intercultural learning-Development of cooperation and idea exchanging among students across EuropeMain activitiesThe main core of our project will be the four exchanges. During these meetings, students will debate in real time dialogues, presenting their augments, as well as their counterarguments, that they derived from their research, that involved data analysis, situation assessment, performing interviews and role-play participation. The research that will be performed by every team of students , will ensure that the meetings will produce the expected results and that proper information exchange will be made. There are 5 exchanges with the following topics:C1- Immigrating issueC2 – Democracy and human rights violationC3 – Discrimination and it’s forms.C4 – Social motivationC5 - Joint StaffMethods used:Prior to each exchange, the groups of students will process each topic that will be presented there. There will be an established and scientific data collection methodology that will provide everything that is necessary, in order to present correctly the situation that is of their duty. To achieve this, each team is required to perform interviewing, contact personnel of several NGO’s that participate in related actions , data collection and analysis, assessment and decision making. Every research work will be presented by the students, as the exchange occurs. They will compare their data with the data of the other countries and come to conclusions. They will take part in several debates and think tank activities that will boost their ways of thinking critically. They will get in contact with local politicians and local services stuff, in order to analyze and discuss those issues.ImpactEach student will become autonomous and will enhance the ability to think critically. He or she will learn about rights and obligations in the European and local environment, will increase civic involvement, will form an intercultural conscience. Finally the project will shape students and make them better professionally, personally and interpersonally .Students will learn to respect other cultures, civilizations, they will teach and be taught tolerance as well as respecting the fellow human. They will realize that being active citizens is a one way road, if we want Europe to succeed.Material assets, such as records of each debate, researches, each presentation and activities that make students think critically, will be communed in the best possible way.We expect to expand the impact of our project via the on line platform, the dissemination meetings and the tangible assets, exhibited on a large scale of physical spaces. Our intangible assets, will be posted in any on line spaceThis project, is designed to be beneficiary not only for the students and teachers involved, but for the local community, authorities and ngo’s that will be a part of it.Teaching stuff will enrich its material and will improve communicational skills. “Empowerment in Action” is a student and teacher based two-year project. According to the statement of Marianne Thyssen, the Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs, Skills and Labour Mobility given at the Autumn 2018 Economic Forecast of the EU Commission, the economic recovery of recent years can be made permanent and can be benefited only by investing more in our societies, in our people including the generations to come. The main objective of this partnership is to develop students' skills and employability and to develop teachers' ability to teach students these skills. The national coordinators of each school discussed this future project with their students and teachers during the planning phase and we realized all the schools more or less face similar challenges. The students commented that they felt unready for the labour market. They were also unsure of what skills are required at the next level of education or for various professions in the labour market. Another problem they face is the difficulty of making decision on whaich career choice to make. On the other hand, teachers wanted to know how can they teach skills in classes and how can they assess the acquisition of skills. The project has two primary objectives regarding students and teachers:a) To enable students to acquire hard and soft skills that can encourage each student to participate effectively and constructively in the workplace and socially at local, national and international level. b) To strengthen the teachers' ability to teach skills by using and adopting innovative and effective methods and tools in order to facilitate students’ access to the labour market and improve adaptation to future labour market developments. The target groups and stakeholders of this project are the students and the teachers that participate directly in the project; the other students and teachers of the participating schools; the local business communities such as experts from employment bureaus, chambers of commerce, companies; other schools as local stakeholders; universities; bureaus for education; families; and the students and teachers from other schools in Europe..The expected results are tangible and non-tangible. The tangible results are: the e-book (the final product); the toolbox of skills; the project related videos created by the students, the toolbox for teaching and assessment of skills; a collection of lesson plans prepared according to the innovative lesson plan model ;a promotional poster, brochure, video and the project logo; the project website; the teachers' wikispace platform; the e-twinning group; the twinspace project on e-twinning; an innovative product or service based on students' coding experience; the students' professional portfolios; the learning diaries; questionnaires in the beginning and at the end of the project. Referring to the non-tangible results, we expect the students will become more creative and gain experience in communication and collaboration, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, meta cognition, personal learning strategies, citizenship, life (and career) skills, personal and social responsibility, cultural awareness and expression, interpersonal and intercultural skills. Thus, the students will become more motivated to stay at school and continue with a higher education. We also expect a significant number of teachers to adopt innovative, effective and new methods and tools in teaching.During the two years we will have 2 transnational meetings and 4 learning/teaching/training activities. The first will be for planning and preparation purposes while the last one will be organized for the evaluation and the sustainability of the project. In each transnational meeting, workshops for innovative teaching methods will be included in the agenda of the meeting. In the long term we aim at recognition of our e-book, the toolbox for teaching and assessment of skills and innovative lesson plan model as teaching materials. The project will also contribute to a well-qualified and highly motivated workforce in Europe while employers will be able to access the workforce with the skills they need. We would like to be an example for similar educational organizations and, if possible, we want to help our colleagues, all school stakeholders and NAs in promoting the Erasmus+ projects about teaching and assessing skills.

Training firms are a new strategy and a promising strategy to prepare our students for labor market in school. Every country has specific and individualized ways of using this tool. As it is relatively new it is ready to be optimized and used to its full capabilities. So with this project, we boost the educational system of training firms and we also boost our students.By sharing best practice teachers will be inspired and supported to level up. Students will level up by doing business with foreign training firm, organizing fairs, participating in these fairs, train others and being trained in other training firms. This intense relationship between students in different international training firms will make international business more visible, clear and understandable. Students will be more engaged, more active, more interested in doing tasks and more innovative. The more virtual companies get alive and personal, the better the outputs and the highest benefits of this system can be achieved. So in this Erasmus Project, there are just schools running training firms, so we can really focus on the specific topic. The partners are from Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia and Slovakia. The results we will produce:* training companies' websites will be available in at least two languages* catalogs for each training companies will be available in at least two languages, so they fit properly for international business* fairs will be organized at each hosting school* fair stands. each training company is going to participate with a fair stand.* videos of each meeting * leaning videos will be produced to train the newcomers in the company, so they are taught how a task is done correctly * photobook covering the whole projectAs all participating teachers are teaching in training firms, they can use their experience in the following years of teaching. They will be inspired and aware of all the advantages and enriching opportunities this training firm concept is opening doors. So they will increase their level of teaching and all students in the following years will benefit from this project experiences. So we reach our final objective to prepare our students best for working life. They should be best trained for the labor market.
