It provides people with a link to traditions that might otherwise be lost. The sensitivity, responsibility and awareness of members of a society towards this values are so significant for handing them down to future generations. Traditional and cultural values and identity are sometimes ignored by today's generation and the young face cultural degeneration. The aim of the project is to help young people be more aware of the cultural prosperity and their own identity and characteristics, transferring them to the following generations, since those who have no awareness or value of their own heritage can hardly have bright future. The project will be focused on cultural values like historical buildings; such as traditional historical houses, markets or other traditional buildings and on what shows the identity of a society, of a nationality . It will look at the lifestyles and traditional ceremonies. We want by learning about the others to get know ourselves better. In conclusion, national, cultural and cross-cultural awareness will be aroused among the young and they will have the opportunity of having a better understanding of each other's culture and identity and will find out who they have been and thus they will discover the traces of EU identity. The project objectives:• encourage cultural diversity, intercultural and religious dialogue between participants.• Strengthen skills and attitudes that will help participants to grow as personalities;• Develop young peoples’ emotional intelligence and effective communicative, collaborative and creative skills;• Discover different cultural identities and to what extent these different identities live together in Europe or in their own countries;• Introduce a sense of European dimension of education, introducing the idea of an international collaborative work and the amelioration of a European dimension on linguistic and cultural contents in the curriculum;• Increase the motivation of direct and indirect beneficiaries of lifelong learning to develop ICT skills as a way to communicate and to use them as a purposeful everyday tool, to learn a new language and as a means of communication and mastering English for project work;• Encourage the cooperation within the partner organisations from Europe and the exchange of good practices. Our project objectives link to the horizontal aims of strategic partnerships objectives is to raise awareness of the importance of Europe's cultural heritage through informal and non-formal learning social inclusion and youth engagement. We aim to encourage cultural diversity and religious dialogue through photography, respecting freedom, tolerance and human rights. We aim to reinforce the development of key competences for life long learning .We promote creativity and innovative learning approaches and invironments, cooperstion with stakeholders in local communities and abroad. The idea of this project was initiated by a previously implemented YE in Guadeloupe - France titled ""Identity picture"", where the Bulgarian partner took place. It is important this project be carried out at the international level, as we think it will be very interesting to define similarities and differences throughout European countries in our way of livings, stories, culture, food. Working together in international teams will create an atmosphere of trust, help to avoid prejudices and strengthen bonds between organisations from 3 European countries. Our plan is to implement totally 3 TPMs and 3 LТТs in the 3 partner countries where main activity will be to prepare and organize an exhibition showing the culture and identity of the countries seen by the eyes of the participants. The pictures from exhibitions will be organised in a Photo book containing photos and short descrtiptions for each photo translated and published in English and the 3 languages of partners - Bulgarian, Macedonian and Turkish. The partner countries have many differences and similarities in their cultures, traditions and educational systems, religion. Participant will be from 3 Program countries - Bulgaria, Turkey, Republic of North Macedonia. - one member state of EU and 2 non EU Programme countries. All info about project will be uploaded on a project website. At the end of project period an e-version of the Photo book will be created and distributed on partners websites, and the website of project. Social partners will be included to cooperate about dissemination of project results during the project and after th eproject period. We believe that the product we will ce reate will be a good educational tool for culture education in futurе."

EU loses substantial financial and investment opportunities due to the low financial and legal literacy of its citizens. The differences in financial and legal literacy vary largely in different EU countries and contributes to the fragmentation and economic disparities among the member states. Low financial and legal literacy of the EU citizens makes them more vulnerable to the fluctuations of the economy and crisis situations, which also affects the capacity of the EU to overcome such economic disturbances. This is particularly true regarding the current crisis triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic. Fundamental divergences of financial and legal literacy in different EU countries prove that there is a fundamental need to levy the barriers and ensure the access for all EU citizens to the best European practices of financial and legal education. Taking into account the aforementioned context, the Financial-Legal Literacy for Europe (FIN-LEG-LIT) project aims the following objectives:1) Developing a Manual (“Financial-Legal Literacy Manual for Europe”) of financial-legal education for trainers and adult learners, based on the best European practices on the matter and reflecting the objectives of the EU related to green finance and Capital Market Union. The Manual and the Online E-learning Tool will particularly target low-income and/or low-skilled and/or low-qualified adults in countries and regions with different level of economic development. The Manual will be universally applicable throughout the EU and could be used by persons having different financial and legal literacy level;3) Launching and maintaining a financial-legal literacy Online E-learning Tool, which could be used anywhere and in any environment for financial-legal education courses or individual learning;2) Training of the financial-legal literacy trainers to provide financial-legal literacy education to adult learners using the Manual and the Online E-learning Tool;3) Providing financial-legal literacy training to the low-income and/or low-skilled and/or low-qualified adult learners.5 partner organizations participate in the project. The participating partners cover the spectrum of competences, needed to the successful implementation of the project. Therefore, the partnership includes:(i) EURL Aristote (a private company, Paris, France), which has a profound experience in the management of EU projects and activities of education of adults;(ii) VsI Finansu teises institutas (a non-for profit organization, Lithuania), which is a scientific research institution, focusing on the financial law and the promotion of the financial and legal literacy and having a profound experience in education of adults;(iii) Organisation for Empowerment and Nonformal education (an association, Le Moule, Guadeloupe, France), which has a profound experience in working with the community and in particular, with its members in disadvantageous economic and/or social situations;(iv) Euroform RFS (non-governmental organization, Italy) specialized in training and career guidance, with particular focus on ICT, and having an in depth experience in adult learning and development of e-learning tools;(v) European Multicultural Association (non-profit organisation, Bulgaria), working mainly in main field of social inclusion and informal education for youth and having a well-established experience in the field of adult education in an economically disadvantaged environment. To achieve the aforementioned activities all project partners contribute with their respective know-how and competencies. They will perform the research activities, necessary to create the Manual, based on the best European financial and legal literacy training and learning practices. They will create e-learning tool, based on the results of the aforementioned research and feedback from adult learners. Project participants will implement workshops for both trainers and learners of the finacial-legal literacy and ensure the dissemination of the results of the project. As a result of the project the participating trainers will be availed to use the Manual and the Online E-learning Tool in the training of financial-legal literacy to the adults, with a particular focus on the socially and economically disadvantaged learners. Adult learners directly participating in the project will improve their financial-legal literacy skills. The created tools will be freely available for all Europeans via the project website and other partner websites and internet media. The project will contribute strongly to the overall development of the integrated European approach towards the financial and legal literacy education of its citizens.

Many strategies, policies, measures and recommendations against ESL, on the highest EU level, were prepared, but they didn't made expected impact, especially on the basic level of practical implementation e.g. primary schools. In accordance with performed Surveys among primary schools staff, the same conclusion can be made: Usually institutions and other relevant authorities react afterwards when the process of leaving schools is active and it is almost non-stoppable. Therefore instead of precaution actions which are far more effective, there are always post-caution actions with temporally and/or very low quality effects.Project will be realised by 6 (six) project partners - one NGO and one primary school - from 3 countries /N. Macedonia, Bulgaria and Greece/.Main project goal is implementation of a new strategic approach by development of Early School Leavers Monitoring System (ESLMS), which will be used as a respond system for possible ESL cases. ESLMS with included software application, adaptable for any situation and education institution, will be used as early warning system for possible ESL cases. Software based part of ESLMS will allow teachers /after recognising a very first signs of possible case of ESL/ in relatively short time period, by using of software application, to get a set of proposed actions how to react (or instructions what they have to pay attention to). With aim to achieve best possible results from project realisation, PPs determined as necessary to have a combination of following activities: 4 transnational project partners meetings, 3 short-term joint staff training events, development of 3 Intellectual outputs and organisation of the 3 National dissemination (multiplier) events.During the realization of the project activities following results are expected:- 3 Intellectual Outputs developed1. ESLMS /with developed software application/ for primary schools2. Manual for establishing of ESLMS in primary schools3. Strategic Document for long-term strategic transnational partnership among NGOs and Educational institutions in addressing of challenges of social inclusion and ESL of Roma students in regions of of Kochani, Sliven and Larissa.- 9 representatives of school management and administrative staff (principals/deputy principals, school pedagogues, sociologists and/or school psychologist) (3 per each project partner primary school) with increased skills and competences for implementing of process of establishing of Early School Leavers Monitoring System in their primary schools, as well as with increased skills and competences for promotion and implementation of an active inclusion of the parents of Roma students in the school activities (trained within the third short-term joint staff training event). Also will be trained in using of the eTwinning networking module for transnational cooperation with their colleagues from other European countries.- 9 teachers (3 per each project partner primary school) that are teaching students from 7- 10 years old will be trained in implementation of Roma culture and traditions in primary schools’ non–formal activities (within the 1st short term joint staff training event as well as in recognition of discrimination, racism, bulling and hate speech (within the 2nd short term joint staff training event). On the first short term joint staff training events will be also trained for using of eTwinning module for teachers networking- min 36 students (min 12 junior students per school on the age from 9 - 10 years old /6 Roma students and 6 students from other majority nationality/) with increased awareness of facing of challenges of discrimination, racism and hate speech as well as with increased team-work and presentation skills – participants in the long-term teaching assignment transnational competitive event for students teams- min 120 students (min 40 junior students per school /on the age from 7 - 8 years old/ ) with increased awareness of multicultural differences and specific of Roma's culture and traditions – participants in the main learning event e.g. long-term teaching assignment- min 120 local, regional and national stakeholders (min 40 participants on each of the National Dissemination events in N. Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Greece) will become familiar with advantages of newly developed ESLMS in mitigation of ESL cases among Roma's students in primary schools. The main impacts which project have aim to made is to promote a successful implementation of a new ESLMS based approach in tackling of ESL challenge, as well as the importance of transnational partnership among different organisations and teachers networking as a proven approach for more efficient education.
