<< Objectives >>The main idea of the project is to reach out to at least 80 women from underdeveloped and remote areas in Bulgaria and Latvia and motivate and empower them to come out of own comfort zone, overcome fears and lack of self-confidence and finally to create social initiatives for inclusion, support and civic participation in their local communities.<< Implementation >>The project activities are elaboration of the training program details, informative and inspiring neurographica coaching workshops for women in Latvia and Bulgaria, a training course/study visit for selected female community leaders, mentoring the lady leaders and supporting the social initiatives organized by them in local communities. The programme is a mix of online and physical activities based on neurographica method and non-formal learning.<< Results >>The expected results are more motivated, confident women in far areas with trained leadership competences, as well as created ideas and implemented social initiatives by the new lady leaders in their local communities.
