We are a project team from six European countries. The project is an answer to our students’ and teachers’ needs. Schools can offer balance and an island of safety in a situation of continuous change either in the life of specific families or with pushing breaks in the fast changing world. Most changes arrive to schools and their curricula some 10 years later than into enterpreneurial world. In crisis and migration situations schools offer rutine that is essential for safety, and support staff, like SEN teachers, psychologists and teachers.Main aims of the project are: increasing participants’ knowledge about other countries and cultures, developing social and intercultural competences, increasing competences in ICT and foreign languages. To get the project aims in all partners’ organisations, we will introduce inclusive education by promoting equity and inclusion and reducing disparities in learning. We are going to introduce activities addressing culture diversity, actions involving students with disadvantaged backgrounds(social and economic obstacles) and children of immigrants. The methods and techniques of working in the project are interesting and innovative for students and for teachers. The work in the project is provided through integrated approaches and is incorporated into partners’ school programme, according to the project plan. The target group consists of disadvantaged learners and these teachers who want to develop their personal and professional possibility. Doing the project and creating outcomes, participants will increase their competences, motivation and satisfaction in school work. The total number of students involved in the project is 1600. We are also planning besides the student exchanges two events to provide management trainings and exchange of good practices in the field of teaching and learning using innovative methods and techniques. Also, teachers will practice English and gather materials needed to effective implementation and dissemination. As the result, partners are going to create and publish common products: - a guide for teachers containing methods of teaching social and intercultural competences especially useful for teachers and educators when number of international classes in many European countries is highly increasing nowadays.- an English workbook “English in Action” to teach students vocabulary and communication using activating and innovative methods. Moreover, we will create and publish: - a project logo and a Etwinningsite, - a project exhibition, a common presentation about culture influences in partners’ countries, - an educational Scrach game, - a mini 6 European language dictionary, - a project performance “One Europe”, - an outdoor parade promoting culture diversity. - educational materials created in English. - a COUNTRY´S DAY - students prepare a presentation about their national day, the importance, history, traditions - followed by workshop -to make drawings, handmade objects connected to the national day,- A COUNTRY BOX - a plastic box filled with things like pictures or photos, maps, cultural objects, animals, flags, stamps and anything else that is typical of a particular project country Digital outputs:- students will make videos to briefly introduce themselves/their school/country;- students will make short videos during the project meetings and while doing activities. These videos will then be edited and made into one long video which will be used as a tool for assessment as a final product,- students will make an e-magazine in the end of each LTTA,We believe, that the project will have positive impact at local, regional, national and international level because the topic is interesting for many other students and teachers. We expect that in total 2000 persons will be involved in the project: 6 partnerscshools incl students, teachers and parents. Besides that: local goverment, other schools, etc..The products are valuable especially when we observe the process of great migration of people and schools should be prepared to the new situation to work in multicultural and multinational classes. We realize, that intercultural education is an imprtant topic in our present and future world. So we want to prepare students for their new future. We must remember that the democratic way of life engages the creative process of seeking ways to extend and expand the values of democracy. This process, however, is not simply an anticipatory conversation about just anything. Rather, it is directed toward intelligent and reflective consideration of problems, events, and issues that arise in the course of our collective lives.

There was an increased multilingual capacity and an enhanced motivation towards language learning among staff, pupils and the wider school community. All of the participant applicants demonstrated a common ethos with regard to an understanding and appreciation for their role in their community ranging from that of a local one to a European one. they have an appreciation for advancements and developments in society and through this project, have been able to analyse a means of directing towards a more productive and socially aware Utopian environment. The cross curricular nature of this project has enabled a wide variety of subjects and issues to be addressed. These were tackled under the umbrella headings of the past, present and future. These included a Refinement of Power Point produced for ""Voices of the Sea"" project about the origins of language. Following on from this participants studied unemployment percentages, identified reasons for unemployment, drew up a profile of the long term unemployed and investigated into the concept of the brain drain. Students identified a minimum skills set, and inquired into the validity of entrepreneurship. Finally the students defined the concept of the optimum work life balance in a Utopian society. During the next phase of the project Students analysed the type of democracy that exists in their country at the moment, they investigated into aspects such as voting age and political representation (what it does) they went through the process of an election to elect a project leader, this included, nomination of candidates, campaigning and an election. they determined what it means to be a represenataive voice, the role therin and associated responsibilities as well as pitfalls one might encounter on the way. Some of the concluding actions of the project saw the students investigate into the environmental standards that exist at the moment and inquired into how they are being applied. Students reflected on how and what they are doing that is contributing towards a healthy environment and what can be done to improve the energy rating of their everyday lives. The final results of the project revolves around the presentation of all of the results at the final training event. the results are also showcased on the project website ( http://www.eu-topia.eu/ ) and the project Twinspace ( https://twinspace.etwinning.net/6938/home )."

Such products are mostly contained in plastics, one of the greatest danger of our planet. They not only foster overweight and an unhealthy diet but their containers also pollute the environment and the food chain that we depend on. This is also a problem for The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which defend, among others, Good Health and Well- Being (Goal 3), Responsible Consumption and Production (Goal 12) and Climate Action (Goal 13). Bearing all these problems in mind, these European schools from Poland, Portugal, Latvia, Finland and Spain have joined together to fight against obesity, plastics, processed food and the destruction of environment supporting a RealFooding diet. Taking advantage of the fact that two of the participating countries are from Southern Europe, we want to show our partners about Mediterranean diet as European intangible Cultural heritage, leading to a healthier diet of all our communities. The website www.mediterraneamos.es will be a very useful tool for this matter. Our objectives are connected to having European citizens with healthy diets, dropping little by little the use of contaminating recipients included in most processed food and who are conscious of the importance of preserving Nature as our goods are grown there. Last but not least, sports will be a key element in our project because if we do not practice sports we are exposed to suffer from health problems. Students participating in the project will be between 14 - 16 years old and this Erasmus + Ka229 will benefit around 720 youngsters, 63 with fewer opportunities and 44 teachers. Considering the Spanish school and do to the importance of inclusion, they will send a student diagnosed from autism to one of the mobilities. In general, activities will be focused on making our students aware of the benefits of RealFooding in their health, Mediterranean diet, so they will go from analyzing sugar contained in products, learning how to read food labels and preparing traditional dishes with their grandparents. Most activities will be done using new apps fostering our students digital competences and with inclusive and cooperative methodologies. They will also practice sports during each mobility as this practice is linked to a healthy life. During mobilities, students will work in international groups. The results we are willing to achieve is that our students will enhance competences like interpersonal, intercultural and social skills, and they will also treasure European citizenship, autonomy and personal initiative. The importance of learning to communicate as a way of establishing links with others is something they will achieve, they will also approach other European cultures, one of the most important matters of our project.Regarding teachers, we will put in common everyday difficulties and a shared reality, discussing in our meetings to improve our practice, sharing opinions and points of view, methodologies, curriculums and ICT tools in education. Furthermore, We will improve our ICT competences, essential for our teaching practice and our linguistic competences.Dissemination will be an essential matter in our project, showing all the activities that we are carrying out through myTwinspace, social networks and schools’ and City Councils websites. This way, we will be able to reach a great number of members of our communities who will learn about not only RealFooding and the dangers of processed food for our health, but also will feel motivated towards having a healthy lifestyle and taking care of the environment.Students and teachers will build close links, we will become better European citizens, improving our values and our European citizenship. In addition, hosting families will also benefit from their encounter as they will learn from the cultures, languages and traditions of the students who will be staying in their house. In relation to longer term benefits, students and teachers will have friends and colleagues around Europe not only to keep in touch but also to share professional issues and educational matters. Regular workshops will take place where students who have participated in the project will inform and train their school partners about RealFooding and all the issues developed in it.We will keep all the information, products and outcomes of our project in the tag “Materials” in myTwinspace for future activities related to: healthy menus, processed foods, inclusive methodologies, applications, evaluation tools and rules of Alternative sports. All in all, this project having in mind a healthier way of life, better habits and diet, will have a great impact in our educational community, in our personal lives and will open a door to future European projects in the participant schools.
