The Europe 2020 strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth acknowledges lifelong learning. The crisis has highlighted the major role which adult learning can play in achieving the Europe 2020 goals, by enabling adults to improve their ability to adapt to changes in the labour market and society. Virtual learning and virtual competency development paralell with the implementation of e-work provides a means of up-skilling for those affected by unemployment, restructuring and career transitions, as well as makes an important contribution to social inclusion, active citizenship and personal development.Nowadays business becomes global and competition worldwide is increasing among young adults. They have to compete not only for the better jobs, but for their employability. One of the possibilities to become more attractive for the employers is to start learning in a new way, become virtual learners, E-Workers and to become more flexible workforce. Preparing oneself for “virtual working environment” is not an easy task and can not be learned alone. Good training tools and professional e-tutors are required to assist the learing process. One must understand how to work and learn in a virtual environment, how to communicate, how to distribute tasks, how to work in virtual teams in order to succeed in an on-line environment, where usuall methods are not available. Though there may be no need for an homogeneous training system for adult educators, there is a need for a competence-building framework based on approaches to learning such as developing virtual tutoring, on-line collaboration, tutoring, e-learning, peer learning, e-assessment (1st Youth Work Convention). There are tools already developed, it is time to transfer them to young adult learners, to improve them where needed, to disseminate them and to identify needs for further instruments(Youth Pathways 2.0 ). Existing gaps: (a)lack of development tool kits for young adults, future e-employees to measure skills and build development plan in order to meet the requirments sufficient e- jobs(a)lack of access for young adult learners to virtual competency development training in order to up-skills(c) lack of training material and access to training for educators, potential e-tutors to prepare new way of teaching(virtual class)(d)SMEs lack prepared indoor e-tutors to support changes and implement virtual leanring and eworkBased on existing e-work related tool-kits developed by prior LLL project(that became ""best practices"" of the program), this project builds on these results and adds innovation by adopting, transferring knowledge and developing further innovative outputs to fill the gap. Tailoring them to the need of new target groups, adds value by creating additional content to fit perfectly in the development workpaths. The EU Partners (HU-RO-ENG-NTH_PT-CRO) – all involved in adult education and e-work promotion have formed a European partnership by grouping different European sectoral organizations from different regions of Europe which are united under a common interest over the subject of promoting virtual learning and e-work for young adults in order to support their future employability.Goals:(a)Provide access to Tool-Kit for self assasment and carreer development planning(b)Develop, test, adapt innovative training for young adult learners to upgrade their skills(c)Develop tools and methods for professional development of adult educators(d)Connect different sectors, build a bridge, exchange good practicesTarget groups are: (a) adult educators, youth workers, e-trainers, facilitators (b)young adults(18-29 age)coming from disadvantaged background(low skilled )NEETs, who need upskilling.Result for the target group:-1 SSR report (employers 400 survey results)to identify new skills for young adults required by e-work employers- E-competency tool-kit (with 8 new competency profiles for new skills)-all languages-1 E-tutor e-learning course developed+20 E-tutors (multiplicators) trained from partner countries -12 e-learning modules especially designed for virtual competency development will be adopted and transfered to low-skilled young adult leaners (20 trained), in partner languages-2 short learning events and 1 Blended Mobility to test outputs(60 Europasses passes out) -7 Multiplyer events organized with 175 participants-1 IPRBox for educatorsThe project and the results will be spread in several sectors, informing over 10 000 target group members.Project meetings, multiplier events , newsletter, webinars, flyers, video e-mails, social sites, collaboration space will be used to spread the word about the projects. Educational platform will provide wide access for all developed outputs during and after the project."

According to our estimations, youth unemployment will increase from 2.8 to 4.8 million. The youth unemployment rate will increase to 26%, and the number of young people not in education, employment and training (NEET) will increase from 4.7 to 6.7 million. The 2007-2008 financial crisis already left youth shouldering a significant share of the social and economic consequences as the number of youth not in employment, education or training (NEET) rose to 18% and the number of unemployed young people increased by 20%, leaving one in eight young people (aged 18-25) in poverty (OECD, 2019[7]).According to a recent survey, nearly half of Americans are anxious about contracting COVID-19, and four in 10 Americans are worried about getting seriously ill or dying from it. Businesses are shutting their doors, markets are falling and we may be headed toward a global recession. Studies show that spending just 45 minutes on an art project can relieve stress, strengthen critical thinking skills and improve and sustain memory. But, lately, a growing number of people are getting even more creative with their coping methods: They’re making art. Photography, music, painting and drawing are keeping people busy and distracted from the stresses of COVID-19. Needs:We need to move beyond the idea of NEETs. Improving the way we manage the transition from education to work would be a key part of a strategy aimed at addressing the root causes of disengagement and the art education can have a important role to engage the NEET in the education and new work placements.Taking into consideration that when it comes to NEET population, the parameter of low self-esteem functions in multiple levels, as at the same time it constitutes both the reason for becoming NEET, but also the effect of becoming NEET, this particular work aims at the enhancement of the basic pillars of self-empowerment of NEET population through alternative methods, primarily interwoven with Performing Arts. Specifically, the project is addressed to staff, youth workers, social workers and educators who specialize on the didactic methods to support and empower NEEt through art, with the aim those to be endowed with innovative tools and modernized methods of operating towards their target groups, thus achieving an increased ability in addressing the needs of NEET population.Creative and arts also offer opportunities for young people to develop other skills. The practical focus of project meant that there is no requirement for young people to have high levels of literacy and numeracy but staff feel that these and other ‘soft’ skills can be embedded and developed over the duration of the activities offered. The main idea is to share good practice that the organizations/entities do as methodology, tools in artistic areas that can help, support and empower the NEET to be integrated in the society and to create a training course for youth workers using arts and creativity as an organizational tools for the inclusion of NEET in society in time of COVID.During the project, TMP and Short Staff Training we will work in 5 areas: 1.CIRCUS Tools (Circus La Bulle, Good practice)2.Video and photography (EDUCATOR, Good practice)3.Board Games (Amics de la Fonteta, Good practice)4.Outdoor Art activities (Teatro Metaphora, Good practice)5.Music (Avrasya Genclik Gelisim Dernegi, Good practice)Objectives:-To provide youth organisations with art and creativity tools and methods to involve NEET´s on the society.- To support and empower the NEET to be integrated in the society.- To improve the quality and competences of the youth workers to work with NEET using different artistic methods and tools.- To develop transnational cooperation in the field of creativity and arts and social integration by exchanging good practices and experiences between partner countriesTarget groups:-Youth workers, educators, artists-NEET-A mapping of the needs of NEET youth and the relationship of inclusion. -A good practice guide of the 5 areas worker in the partners organization about workshops, arts and creativity as an organizational tools for the inclusion of NEET in society that will be the basis for the Short Term Staff Training of youth workers.-4 Transnational meetings in which workers from the organizations will participate in order to share their knowledge, experiences and research for the development of the guide and discuss the contents, activities and tools to be facilitated during the leadership Short Term Staff Training. -An International Short Term Staff Training for youth educators, artists of the organizations on methodology, tools in artistic areas that can help, support and empower the NEET for integrated in the society.-Awareness campaign.

For the island communities, therefore, ""sustainability"" and ""resilience"" are essential characteristics to combat the degradation of their territory and consequently depopulation, youth emigration, and the transformation of the territories into ""tourism colonies"" with important social consequences and environmental. In these contexts, we therefore consider the promotion of an environmental education that is configured as a continuous process of learning ways of living with a rapidly evolving nature due to climatic and economic factors to be particularly important. In addition, the lack of theoretical knowledge and practical experience of many youth organizations and operators with reference to the environmental education sector and the inadequacy of the most common approaches in this field limits the impact of their interventions. To increase the quality and impact of their projects on the environment and the communities in which they are integrated, organizations and operators active in the youth sector need continuous theoretical and practical updates in the field of environmental protection, which is in itself rapidly evolving. The project aims to improve the skills of partner organizations, their staff and youth and environmental operators active on the islands and in particular:• will strengthen the general knowledge and theoretical and practical skills of operators on environmental and sustainable development issues;• provide them with study bases to understand the specific context of the island and its weaknesses;• will indicate environmental monitoring strategies aimed at understanding the transformations of the territory and the critical issues;• will experiment with non-formal education methodologies useful for involving young people;• will increase the capacity of organizations to carry out actions and initiatives, the quality of the proposed activities, the impact on the territory and on the community, in the direction of greater sensitivity, information and aware behavior;• will identify practical tools to be applied in individual contexts in order to act autonomously and to be able to direct local policies towards environmental protection issues.• increase the capacity of organizations to collaborate with partners on an intercontinental level with reference to common theories and practices."

Partners will support of extending and developing the competences of educators and other personnel who support adult learners. Supporting educators in their learning process and by exchanding and providing new teaching materials this project partners also will support adults learners as final beneficiaries what is priority for Erasmus+ Programme. In XXI century some competencies are becoming more important than others. Nowadays employee should have the competencies which could be used in various contexts and would allow flexibility to adapt to changing conditions. Next to common (usual) competencies nowadays employers also pay special attention to employees’ personal qualities and values. Such trend is visible not only in Lithuania, but in all European Union. In 2016 the research conducted in Lithuania revealed that in employers’ opinion graduates need stronger skills in ability to make decisions (84%), analytical thinking (77%) and creativity (59%). According to employers confederation, one of the most needed/wanted skills - employees’ creativity will be on 2020.This strategic partnership project aim is to share good practice examples in interactive and creative learning of adults. Partners will develop ""Creativity training methodology"" E-Book - a sustainable training tool for adult trainers which will be one of tangible results of this project. The main project approach is targeted through non-formal learning methods which aim at enhancing the creativity skills and competences of adult educators and final beneficiaries - adult learners - who are the main target groups in this project. The objectives of the project are:*to share good practices among project partners, *to increase professional development of adult educators, *to collect and develop methods for the project E-Book, *to develop and reinforce EU networks for adult teaching and learning, *to enrich the network of adult education providers in partners' countries and Europe.Partners plan to reinforce networks, increase the capacity to operate at transnational level, share ideas, practices and methods based on European cooperation. This project should be carried out transnationally as one of the main aim is the exchange of good practices between European countries. The project brings added value at EU level through results that would not be attained by activities carried out in a single country because it is difficult to learn and compare the good practices of different countries without living and being a part of it.Project activities will include:• organisation of three transnational meetings and regular local activities; • preparation and implementation of two short-term joint staff training events;• collection of teaching materials in ""Creativity training methodology"";• monitoring and evaluation process;• dissemination of project results.Impact on the participants will be seen on improvement of knowledge of educators about creativity training methods. They will have opportunity to learn about new methodology which they can later use with adult learners. Partners will increase EU project management competencies. They will tighten their cooperation, exchange of good practices and experiences. The project will contribute to increasing adult learners creativity competencies. After participating in the local trainings, they will have possibility to explore and find their hidden talents. Learners with fewer opportunities, particularly unemployed, national minorities, migrants will be actively involved to the project activities, bringing their experience and competencies into the project. Learning and training activities will give the added value for them and for achievement of the project objectives. Partners plan that more then 100 participants will be involved in this project and 50 of them with fewer opportunities. The potential longer term benefits of this project will be in its sustainability. Project materials will be available in digital form for use to wider audience. Partners will continuously organise workshops and trainings after the project life cycle in their own organisations and also in other adult education organisations, in non-formal and informal ways. Examples of good practices will be shared among different target groups. Partners plan to develop a new Erasmus+ and other projects in the future, and continue working on creativity in adult education and to support social and educational values of non-formal education."
