The objectives of the project are: to encourage young people to develop / improve the skills of intercultural citizenship; to improve the professional capacity of the YW; to increase the opportunities for an exchange of experiences and skills with other operators at transnational level; to strengthen European networks of YW and young people on the issues of intercultural citizenship. The project is aimed at YW and young EU and non-EU citizens:-at least 25 YW engaged in various types of services on the issues of intercultural citizenship, which work to promote social change starting from the life of the young people by adopting non-formal education methodologies and digital tools.-at least 75 young people, EU and non-EU, between 16 and 30 years of age, including young natives, young people with a migrant background, young people belonging to the ""decimal generations"", unaccompanied minors or unaccompanied new adults.Furthermore, it is expected to involve:-at least 150 young people involved in the IOs experimentation and dissemination phases;-at least 75 youth workers involved in the IOs experimentation and dissemination phases;-stakeholders and policy makers who can help to deepen the thematic contents of the project, strengthen the network work that IT’S YOU intends to generate, transform some key points collected in the project (see Vademecum) into operational proposals to be implemented primarily on European territories involved. In order to achieve the stated objectives, the IT'S YOU project foresees the creation of continuous exchange and comparison activities between stakeholders, YW, young people and civil society subjects on the project themes, as well as the realization of 2 IOs:1) IT'S YOU Net (IO1), a European social network that promotes the exchange of experiences, ideas, reflections on the issues of intercultural citizenship.2) IT'S YOU Challenge (IO2), a platform that contains non-formal tools for assessing and enhancing the skills of intercultural citizenship of young people. The IT'S YOU project uses diversified approaches and methodologies which, by combining, favor the achievement of general and specific objectives: Social Networking, Peer Learning, non-formal education, Sociological and Sociotherapeutic approach, Barcamp and Focus Group Online. The results that IT'S YOU strategy allows to achieve are for the YW:-increase of professional skills in the field of education for intercultural citizenship (as declined in IOs);-increase in contacts (virtual and tangible) and network links between European YWs;-increase of methods and tools to promote the multicultural protagonism of young people. The expected impact for young people, EU and non-EU, between 16 and 30 years old, in particular for young people with a migrant background, will be articulated as follows:-increased self-awareness of the intercultural citizenship skills possessed;-improvement / enhancement of intercultural citizenship skills (multilingual, digital, citizenship, cultural awareness and expression);-increase of cooperative and collaborative attitudes to practice citizenship and conscious adherence to shared values;-increase network links between young Europeans who practice intercultural citizenship. The events that enhance the process and the contents of the project (BARCamp and Focus Group Online) and the Multiplier Events act as a sounding board for the dissemination of the themes and products of the project: this increases the overall effectiveness of the impact of IT'S YOU and makes the project sustainable over time as it becomes the heritage of an extensive community of actors (Youth, YW, stakeholders and policy makers to whom the 'Vademecum' is symbolically delivered)."

In addition, a Promotion Plan, a Quality Management Plan and a Results Use Plan has been created, as well as a training activity applying the B-learning methodology for teachers from all educational sectors with the aim of multiplying and transferring the results and know-how created. Finally, for the presentation and dissemination of the results of the project, an International Workshop was celebrated on 1 June 2017 in Barcelona, in front of an audience composed of professionals of the sector, students, teachers, stakeholders and general public. Said event was streamed with the aim of ensuring the widest circulation possible, and it can be watched on-demand from the project's web site. The project tries to have an influence on the improvement of the accessibility to the labour market of European young people through the enhancement of their personal brand on the Internet. MOOCs and a specific methodology previously mentioned have been developed to this aim. Thus, students and teachers can acquire the necessary knowledge to improve their employability, teaching activity and digital skills. On the other hand, the presence of a free and permanently open repository of results on the project's web site containing many audiovisual educational resources ensures the project's sustainability and applicability in all educational contexts and its use for all potential users and interested parties."

They can easily be ""objects"" of violence and discrimination because they are perceived as ""different"" by their peers or by the adults around them. However, thinking about how to redefine processes and technology is not enough; it is necessary to understand how to accompany and facilitate the development of the new skills that will have to support the transformation to avoid that the weakest sections of society are affected. We speak of those categories that still today find it difficult to feel an integral and active part of society.According to the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI), Italy is in 25th place out of 28 of the EU member states in terms of digitalization.DO I.T: DOing Inclusion Together is a proposal that aims to transform and use the commonly used I.T (Information Technologies) to foster inclusion of the young people, starting from the assumption that the modernization of processes does not turns into real innovation until it becomes truly inclusive. DO I.T lasts 30 months and aims to facilitate the entry of the young people into this new reality, so as to reduce the social and cognitive gap, in an upskilling and reskilling process in a widespread manner. DO I.T will involve 140 young people aged between 15-34 years, from GR / IT / LT / SP, with particular attention to the inclusion of young people at greater risk of social exclusion, such as:- young people in training who need to be oriented in the recognition of the skills possessed for the purpose of an optimal social and working inclusion- young people with low levels of schooling and / or poor qualifications- young people in situations of family difficulty and / or with low or low socio / economic levels- young people living in rural areas or in geographical areas far from urban centres- young ethnic minority members- young women with obvious disparities in the acquisition of digital skillsFor direct recipients, the project aims to:- evaluate the digital skills possessed and / or learned;- to improve and strengthen the digital key skills possessed;- encourage the transfer of knowledge and skills among the young participants. The project aims to strengthen young people's competences (social, civic, intercultural and digital), life skills and the ability to cooperate for the realization of a common product in order to recognize and value diversity, to provide methodological approaches that increase the attitude to active participation and citizenship in young people; helping young people to recognize the signs, attitudes and conditions that can lead to situations of marginality and / or exclusion. To this end, the project involves the construction of three Outputs, namely: -DO I.T Manual (O1): made by an initial research on the different methodologies and tools used for the active involvement of the youth and the development of their skills;-DO I.T Game (O2): a multiplayer video game based on a Peer-to-Peer architecture and on the concept of multi-level minigames; -DO I.T Digital Skills Toolkit: a digital innovative communication toolkitThe organisation participating in DO I.T are representative of 4 European countries: Italy, Greece, Spain, Latvia. The project coordinator is STUDIO ERRESSE, a cooperative society that deals with monitoring, evaluation, research, orientation and assessment of skills. (ITA)The partners that have already confirmed their participation are: •ASSOCIAZIONE PROGETTISTI EUROPEI – APEUR: an association that has, among its main goals, the involvement of youth in the European dimension of access to funding in view of occupation and superior education. (ITA)• CYCLISIS: organization that carries out training activities with young people based on peer mentoring, social dialogue, the promotion of well-being. (GR)• RŪJIENAS NOVADA PAŠVALDĪBA carries out the training activities with non-formal methodologies and the promotion of volunteering among young people as a form of active citizenship; (LV)• Marak Digital Marketing is a digital advertising agency that specializes in online promotion, marketing and emerging technologies. To foster a wider impact of the project results and aims, 5 multiplier events are envisioned, comprehensive of a final conference that will see the active participation of all the organisations of the partnership."
