<< Objectives >>- to develop competences of Partners, in the field of adult education and lifelong learning in order to:- favor the alignment of their operations and strategies to the delivery of the European Green Deal, to bring bottom-up contribution;- to raise the awareness as regards transforming our societies through the EU Green Deal to enable behavioural changes;- to reinforce the capacities of Partners’ as regards concrete actions to be undertaken towards achieving the goals set by the Green Deal<< Implementation >>1) Kick off Meeting (Italy): the EU Green Deal for upskilling and/or reskilling and empowering of the cultural, professional, human knowledge and competences of staff members. 2) Transnational Project Meeting 2 (Brussels, Belgium): to present, discuss and exchange practices as regards the EU Green Deal pillar “improvement of wellbeing”3) Transnational Project Meeting 3 (Bucharest, Romania): to present, discuss and exchange practices as regards the EU Green Deal pillar “Emissions reduction”<< Results >>- developed of new skills as regards the EU Green Deal;- increased awareness as regards the potential to align Partners strategies and operations to the EU Green Deal;- reinforced capacity to convey the promotion of the values and practices of the EU Green deal to the targeted audiences, towards the green transition;- developed skills as regards using the EU Green Deal to engage also the most demotivated people.
