Abstract
The data comprises two main parts. The first part is demographic information of respondents. The second part includes two major groups of variable, which is related to the adoption of Vietnamese students on the use of VCTs in distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic: (1) External factors group, including Output quality (OQ), Computer playfulness (CP), and Subject norms (SN); and (2) TAM constructs group, including Perceived usefulness (PU), Perceived ease of use (PEU), Attitude toward to use (ATT), Behavioral intention to use (BI), and Actual system use (ASU).
