Monitoreo de la ocupación del Oso Andino (Tremarctos ornatus) en el Parque Nacional Natural Chingaza
El monitoreo del oso andino de la especie Tremarctos ornatus se realizó en el Parque Nacional Natural Chingaza a lo largo del año 2010; cuenta con un total de 981 registros que fueron determinados mediante la unidad de muestreo de transectos con longitudes de 600 metros, divididos en tres réplicas. Se logró determinar la ocupación del oso a través de indicios de comederos, huellas, heces, pelos, árboles de marcaje, etc.
