This resource contains satellite-tracked locations obtained through Argos system from juveniles of southern elephant seal of Península Valdés, Argentina, during the pelagic phase in the South Atlantic and South Pacific oceans. The dataset encompasses the satellite positions of tags deployed on 6 males and 7 females in 2004 and 2005 winter haul out (July-August), and 18 males and 7 females in 2003, 2005 to 2007 summer haul out (December-January). A filter was applied to delete unrealistic locations.
