Distribution of xylotrophic fungi of the genus Daedaleopsis in the Asian part of Russia from 1978 to 2019
The paper presents data on the finds of the Daedaleopsis genus species in the Asian part of Russia. Data on the prevalence of xylotrophic fungi of the genus Daedaleopsis in the Asian part of Russia are presented. The database includes information on the distribution of D. confragosa (Bolton) J. Schröt., D. septentrionalis (P. Karst.) Niemelä, D. tricolor (Bull.) Bondartsev & Singer n the vas territory of Russia. This dataset is prepared based on the results of the authors’ research entailing the period from 1978 to 2019. The samples are kept in the herbarium of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education “Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin” and Institute of Plant and Animal Ecology, the Ural Branch Russian Academy of Sciences. The dataset contains 336 samples (occurrence ID) which were harvested in 17 administrative regions of the Russian Federation. This dataset is an important step towards the exploration of fungi of the genus Daedaleopsis, particularly, their diversity, geographic spread, and substrate preferences in Russia. The aim of the study: to examine the diffusion of species of the Daedaleopsis genus in Asian part Russia: the Ural, Siberia, the Far East.
